Thought i was buying from uk. Then sent a totally different case.Meant to get case with credit card holder sent me a basic cheaper case!!!!!Won't reply to my emails .Worst service iv ever had will never use this company again!

Order took a bit longer than anticipated(2 weeks to be exact),but the case I ordered is absolutely spot on. In fact,looks better than I thought it would!

DO NOT USE!

Sent the wrong case and refused to refund the case but requested it to be returned to New York.

After buying from what I thought was a UK company as website is .co.uk & prices are all in £, turns out it comes from the USA! Been waiting 2 weeks now for the case, after what I thought would be a next working date delivery! Tracking still shows it in US delivery depot! Very annoyed & mislead! Would not buy again, going to try to get a refund!

Placed an order and paid but an old shipping address got auto filled out and selected by chrome at the time. I spotted this immediately on the confirmation page and emailed on the noted address about 30 seconds after the order.

Today I receieved a mail informing me that any items already shipped cant be adjusted, but I sent the email moments after I placed the order.

I don't expect to be able to collect the order from my old employer and I bet they will accept the case rather than refuse it and so I will not be recieving the item. Addmittedly this is my mistake but the response to the issue has been useless.

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews here. I had a perfect experience. Phone case was a great price. It took 7 days to arrive because it came from the USA and it’s very good quality - actually better than I expected for the price.

Disgraceful. They expect the returns to be send to USA. Only automatic replies with No connection to my enquiry. When I bought showed Avatar UK. Do not recommend. Very cheap plastic cases .

I would give these guys no stars if I could.

Shocking product made very very cheaply and shipped from the US.

Looks impossible to get a reply from the customer services too

The experience that I have with this merchant, avatarcase.com so far, is terrible. I ordered on the 21st of June 2023 but not yet received. Unable to track it. It’s an unreliable website

Sent the compete wrong case and colour. No response when emailed multiple times.

What an absolute joke! Do not purchase from them.

Placed an order on the 7th of May for a phonecase through a .co.uk website via Shop. Received a tracking number that tells me it is coming from the US.

3 weeks later I get in touch to saybthe tracking number I was provided no longer works. I Was told that the case I ordered was only available for preorder and would be shipped in the next few days. I requested a refund.

I was then offered a discount but still asked for a refund at which point they told me to return the item (which I haven't received).

Again I asked for a refund only to be told it was too late and that the item had been shipped and was given a new tracking number. What was the original tracking number for then?

Absolutely terrible customer service and I can only assume a business that is trying to make money using a .co.uk website before the game is up.

Also if buying through Shop, there is no obvious support available.

Completely misleading sale. Tick for Fist class delivery expecting it to take a day or two given its a .co.uk website but after checking tracking info its been shipped from the USA and according to Avatarcases can take 2-6 weeks. They offered a 20% discount but i am requesting a full refund but expecting a "of course sir, just ship it back to us once you recieve it" response - which is poinless given shipping will cost nearly as much as the case! Its a really misleading site as it should stipulate shipping is from states.

The case was sent out the wrong colour, the charging port was out of line, l am afraid this company has a long way to go to be anywhere near the standard as cases such as otterbox etc. And l must also say there customer care is poor.

sent the wrong item. ordered a black case, clearly stated in the receipt and confirmation email - they sent a blue case. took a long time to arrive. poor tracking. very difficult return process with s lot of cost to customer: shipping, customs, tax.

Avoid these guys - they sent wrong item then they disappear!!

Just bought a Samsung case from Avatar and it promised First class Roysl Mail delivery 24 hours, but the case comes from the US and I just got told it can take up to 6 weeks! Appalling service and company stay away from them!

Bought a case for Samsung s20 phone. It took 2 weeks to arrive as it was sent from the US, despite saying avatar case UK. They sent the wrong cour and style, and it's not big enough to fit the charging cord. I had to take the case off to charge my phone, someone knocked it, and my phone shattered. I've been contacting them asking for a refund for over a week and no response, and there's no phone number. Steer clear at all costs.

Recent purchase of Avatar iPhone 13 punk case (Extreme Series ). It took a few weeks ( I am in Australia and it shipped from U.S.A. ) But kept up to date with its progress. A unique case that fits well, does what it says and looks spot on..More than happy, Thank you Avatar..Glen.

Paid approx £30 for a Samsung S22 shock proof and water proof case. Received within a week, all seemed fine. After about 1-2 weeks, I realised how badly the quality of my pictures was affected, and requested a refund for faulty item. Customer service was very prompt go reply, by saying to return the item at my own cost (approx £20 to return to the US from the UK). So, I asked that they refund or resend without a return or that they pay for the return. They had none of it and sait I should use the original packaging and write "return to sender" and pop it in a postbox. Actually laughable response. Had to give up after so many back and forth helpless emails. Please avoid.

Absolute Scam Artists. This company and its "UK" counterpart neither of which are UK based mind have devised a Scam whereby they take your money send you the wrong item then make you pay to rectify their error then once you send it back to them then they don't ever send you what you originally ordered so after discovering that was their set up via the many negative Trustpilot Reviews on here I have requested a full refund from them and they have tried to fob me off saying nothing can be done once the shipment label has been printed which is absolute nonsense so im now having to go through my Bank for a refund so avoid at all costs. Better off doing a quick Amazon search of their Products and you will see the same Cases at a fraction of the Price with next day delivery. I should also add that trying to Charge you the Customer to rectify an Error or Fault that is theirs is not just bad business it's actually against UK consumer rights which since they have a UK Registered website with a UK Registered business they need to comply, but when you point this out to them you get ghosted.
