Professional service from start to finish. Communication was easy (email & WhatsApp).
The car was clean and in good condition. Collection and drop off process was flexible.
I recommend always renting a car with full insurance. It's the easiest for both parties.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We rent a car day before our flight. Communication was perfect, staff are gentle guys. This is the best place if you don't own a credit card.

I rented a car from Avax on July 2, 2022 for 2 weeks. They dropped off the car at the airport in Zagreb at the exact time I requested. There was an issue paying because their credit card system was not working but Noah told me to not worry and that I could pay the next day when I arrived in Split. The next day I went to the office in Split and payed for the car without any issues. When I dropped off the car at the airport for me to go back to Canada, Denis was there to meet me at the requested time. I'd like to say thank you to all the staff that made it a great experience to rent from Avax. I would rent from Avax again when I return to Croatia!

I rented a car for 4 days from Avax, Split centre office and I cannot praise them enough. I was a little concerned beforehand as I had booked the car pre-Covid and had to postpone my trip, but Ante had held the price, which turned out to be about a quarter of current prices. A pre-rental condition check was carried out before I took the car and again afterwards and all was fine and my excess deposit was released immediately. These guys are extremely nice guys to deal with, they are honest and won't try to rip you off, like some other car firms. Top marks to you and your team Ante and thank you so much for a pleasant experience.

We did a lot of research and had a great experience with Avax Rent-a-car. We made a reservation for a van for 6 persons six months ago in corona time and all went very well: the pickup was fast, documents quick arranged, no problems during the trip and professional return of the car. Great experience and great trip ... from Dubrovnik to Zagreb !!

Wonderful experience with AVAX! We came in a few days ahead of a sailing trip - they met me at Split airport to hand over the car, then met me at the marina in Trogir to collect it. Could not have been easier!

Excellent local car hire service in Dubrovnik. It was easy to book on the website and the various options were very clear, we selected the no excess option. The agent was very helpful and we’d thoroughly recommend this company and will use again.

Outstanding customer service. We picked up a car in Trogir, drove around Croatia and Bosnia before dropping it off in Dubrovnik. I screwed up the return by dropping the car off at the wrong location in Dubrovnik and Petra went out of her way to let me change locations on the fly. Would definitely use them again.

I rented a car from Split airport for 10 days and I have to say the experience was faultless. Fantastic staff who are very easy going but also professional in their approach. Everything is fully transparent and communications were excellent for me. No hidden charges either and this is a company that won't scam you or rip you off with hidden dents or scratches on the car. When I returned my car, it was given a quick check against the video taken at the pickup and then it was all done. The process took about 5 mins to return! Great company and I will use them again when I go to Croatia as I will be visiting there every year now.

Called if they had any cars available. The only car they had was a Kia Cee’d SW. Booked it on the website. When arrived service was good and everything was explained fine.

Great service, very reliable, no hidden fees or penalties. We paid exactly the same amount as the one indicated in the reservation process and we even got an upgrade to a more expensive car with no extra cost. Very nice and helpful staff. We highly recommend them.
