First contact on a Sunday with Winston. Excellent communication and made an appointment for the next morning. Got confirmation email and text. Engineer Chas arrived on time and was very professional and resolved the issue with my boiler. The whole experience was very good and I will certainly use them again and am happy to recommend them.

Our experience with Avenue heating has been an absolute pleasure. We were having a lot of issues surrounding our heating as a result of the work of a different company. Upon hiring avenue heating, they were able to identify the issues quite quickly and create an efficient plan in order to resolve these. Although the company were not familiar with the hospice, the team adapted well and were able to get the right people in to complete the job with such grace. Will definitely be booking again!

Punctual, friendly and tidy boiler service. Did an excellent job and hardly knew Charles was in the property, so didn't disrupt my work. I would certainly use this company again. Provided a quote for a new boiler and didn't attempt to try the hard upsell or scare tactics which a 16 year boiler normally attracts

The work was carried out efficiently by the engineer, Charles. He serviced the boiler and tested the heating which hadn't been used recently.

Had a very complicated job with an underfloor heating system that hadn't worked properly for 15 years - Winston and Ellis were determined to get it all sorted, were clear with equipment requirements and why, with great attention to detail.
The job went on longer than either of us desired but with no complaints - when things went wrong they were methodical with their approach to sorting it all out and clear with explanations.
They also surprised me with great decals on normally boring equipment - a lovely touch that again goes towards their attention to detail.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chaz who came to service my boiler, what an absolute pleasure, he was friendly helpful and very professional. We have had the pleasure of using this company for a few years and would not go anywhere else they are thorough, professional and take their time with everything to make sure all is okay and safe. Definitely highly recommended amazing engineers.

Excellent service exceeds expectation

I had the pleasure of working with AvenueHeating and their engineer, Ellis, on various heating and plumbing tasks. Ellis efficiently completed a new boiler installation and replaced a small gas pipe with a larger standard one. All of this was done within a day, ensuring our hot water supply wasn't disrupted – a true display of expertise and efficiency.

The new gas and boiler pipes are neatly routed, and Ellis managed to navigate the new gas pipe installation under the floor without causing any damage to the floorboards. I do appreciate his ability to explain the new boiler's functions and maintenance requirements.

What truly stood out was Ellis's thoughtful gesture of cleaning up the boiler area with his vacuum cleaner after completing his work. This level of attention to detail and customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations and left me thoroughly impressed.

Shiniel managed the communication for the project, and she is well-organized and very responsive to queries about the appointment details.

I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking top-quality heating and plumbing work.

At 9pm after a busy working day, we realised we had no hot water!!
Checkatrade led me to Winston at Avenue Heating, and within seconds he answered my call.
The only problem was, I'd been directed to someone miles away from my own home!
Fortunately I'd suspected what the boiler problem was, and explained it to Winston. He didn't hesitate to talk me through how to correct the problem and five minutes later we had hot water again!
I cannot thank Winston enough for helping me late on a weekday evening, and cannot recommend Winston and Avenue Heating highly enough.
