RUN AWAY ASAP!
I am another victim of this company. At first, everythng seemed fine. I was able to withdraw money a few timees without issues. However, after a few weeks of profitable trading, oneday I suddenly realized that I couldn’t open new trades, couldn’t close my existing positions, and couldn’t make any withdrawls. All of my accounts had been frozen.
Preventing clients from closing trades is something I’ve never experiennced with any other broker. I watched my positions in profit, but I was not allowed to close them, and eventually some of my accounts were stopped out.
When I asked for my remaining balance, I was refused. They even refused to return my initial deposits. And here is the most shocking part: their justification was that my profits caused a loss to the company. They said this openly, without any shame.
I will continue my legal fight against these scammers. Be carefull and just RUN AWAY ASAP

SCAM ALERT!!
This company is a complete scam.
I deposited money and traded activelly. I made profits but didn’t withdraw immediately and kept trading. One day, without any proper justification, they froze all my accounts and wiped out my entire balance — including my deposits (around 35.000 USD).
As an excuse, they pointed to profits I had made a month earlier, claiming I used “high leverege” and that it somehow violated their terms. Then why do you advertise high leverage in the first place? Why does your system allow it if it’s supposedly against your rules?
Your terms say you can recover “losses” incured by the company. Since when are clients’ profits considered your losses?
This is outright theft.
Do NOT trust these peoplee. You might be able to withdraw small amounts once or twice to build trust, but eventually they will seize everything.
I have 15 yeears of experience in trading, and I have NEVER seen such a disgraceful and dishonest practice from any broker.

No problems so far. I like Axi because of Axi Select, their free funding program, although at first they only supported MT4. The trading conditions are not among the best in the industry, but still acceptable overall.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Axi Select and feel completely unfairly treated as a genuine trader.
Today, I received an email from Axi accusing me of “gaming the system” and claiming that my trading activity was only intended to artificially increase my trade count in order to progress in the program. Based on this accusation, my account was suddenly moved back to the Seed stage.
This decision is absolutely unacceptable to me.
I have been trading actively and seriously with Axi for more than one month and completed over 60 trades with:
* Different lot sizes
* Different symbols/instruments
* Different trading days
* Real profits and real losses
* Genuine market exposure and risk
I also maintain a complete trading journal documenting my trades, strategy, and trading behavior. I am fully prepared to provide this journal because I have absolutely nothing to hide.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is the fact that progressing in Axi Select is not only about trade count. I still needed to improve my Axi Score before being able to progress further anyway. So the accusation that I was only trying to “reach the required trades” simply makes no sense logically.
Even today’s trading activity alone clearly proves this:
* 09:59:46 — EURUSD.pro — Buy — 5.9 lots
* 10:16:59 — GBPUSD.pro — Buy — 8.1 lots
* 11:45:16 — GBPUSD.pro — Buy — 6.8 lots
Different times.
Different lot sizes.
Different instruments.
Normal active trading behavior.
This is not the behavior of someone trying to manipulate a system. This is the behavior of a real trader actively participating in the markets.
I joined Axi because I genuinely wanted to grow long term with the company. I invested time, discipline, and effort into building my account honestly and professionally. Receiving such a serious punishment without what appears to be a proper detailed review is deeply frustrating and honestly very disappointing.
I respectfully ask the Axi team to urgently review my account again in full detail, including:
* Complete trade history
* Symbol variation
* Lot variation
* Trading journal evidence
* Overall trading behavior over the last month
I strongly believe this decision was made unfairly and based on a misunderstanding of my activity.
If Axi reviews this case fairly and reverses this decision, I would gladly remove this negative review to show the trading community that such issues can also be resolved professionally and fairly.
I sincerely hope the Axi team chooses transparency, fairness, and proper communication in this situation.
