Excellent SEN Level 3 Training with Great Support

My tutor was really supportive, I have health conditions and she really helped me work through the course material without exacerbating my symptoms. Learning is remote and on camera, which keeps you focused and prevents distraction.
A Masterclass in Poor Communication and Zero Accountability
Where do I even begin?
My experience with The B2W Group has been absolutely terrible—and this is only the beginning of my journey.
The representative responsible for my course unreachable, to provide meaningful solution, despite the fact that I am required to complete a time-sensitive assessment.
Because no one responds, with supportive solution I am effectively blocked from progressing at all. Emails are not lead meaningful solution, phone calls lead nowhere, and there is zero ownership of the problem.
When I contacted the organization directly, the receptionist provided no help whatsoever—no support, no escalation, not even basic guidance.
I was literally told:
"That is not my job."
My calls were randomly transferred until they disappeared into voicemail limbo, with no explanation and no follow-up.
What was truly shocking was being told (by one of their receptionist), that the assessments I am trying to complete “don’t really matter” because the course is free. That statement alone shows a complete lack of professionalism and raises serious concerns about the organization’s standards and quality control.
After several calls and repeated attempts to reach someone—anyone—who could help, my frustration was met with a laugh and yet another instruction to leave a voicemail, again with no indication of who would receive it or whether anyone listens to them at all.
This is not just poor service; it is disorganised, dismissive, and careless.
If this is how The B2W Group treats people at the start, I have no confidence in anything that follows
No certificate after 5 months, Emails ignored
It has been five months since I completed a course and I never received a certificate. I have been in contact with a career support advisor from the company, who has tried helping but has found no resolution yet. I have also sent an email to the help contact found on the website, sent an email to learner after care, and submitted a complaints form. Each of these attempts of contact have been completely ignored with no help provided.
UPDATE
I finally received my certificate, but having to wait five months for a digital certificate and being ignored by all of the support contacts has made this a really unpleasant experience.
