Really enjoyed learning new skills and the tutors are excellent and helpful and updating my skills and preparing me for getting back into work and have got a interview out of the course at the end excellent course to do its only takes four weeks of your time and you gain a better understanding of the digital skills and market .

The course was extremely useful and practical. The content was clear, easy to understand, and very relevant to real work in schools. The support was excellent throughout the whole programme. Every email and every question I had was answered quickly, kindly, and in a very helpful way. The tutor made the learning experience enjoyable and always encouraged us. I feel much more confident now, and I have gained skills that will help me in my future career. I would definitely recommend this course to others.

My learning needs were met and understood, and my teacher was amazing. And I really enjoyed the overall course itself.

I really enjoy my courses,The course content covered everything needed to understand the role of a teaching assistant and how to effectively support learners of different age and abilities.The content was clear,well-structured and practical and the support from the tutor Liz was excellent.I feel much more confident working with student now and highly recommend these courses to anyone looking to develop their skills in education.

Given the right support needed to know about the particular field. listened to a lot personal experiences and get to know about the work done in the past for the SEN children, all the current and previous legislations made. And the course has overall given a sense of self confidence in believe in myself that i can get a job in this field in the near future.

My experience has been great, filled with knowledge and I have gained a lot of different skills. The company really makes a great effort to equip you with what you need to get back to work. My teacher Elizabeth Gibson was such a great teacher, always understanding, always willing to go through things to make sure you understand. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and would like to do another through B2W.

I have learnt so much on my Level 3 SEN course. Big shout out to my tutor, Elizabeth Gibson!!! couldnt have got through it without you.

Back2Work Group promised a "guaranteed" interview at the end of the course that they couldn't deliver. I contacted them and got fobbed off, and after weeks of back-and-forth was told it was the companies' fault and that it was out of their hands. I contacted the company who denied guaranteeing any interviews and Back2Work Group apparently apologised to them for lying about having a guaranteed interview with them for their students. They seem to think that finding a single position that I can apply for each month when I can apply for 50 like it each week is just as good, and that applying for a role is the same as getting an interview. If you study here, just know that you can't trust them and that they just want to appear to be helping. It's a waste of time to study here.

My experience has been exceptional, a positive learning experience with a supportive tutor (Sasha Edwards) who created a safe, inclusive environment where authenticity and collaboration were at the centre.

I did the level 3 counselling skills diploma and have learnt a foundational knowledge of counselling techniques and theories which have helped both my personal and professional development. I would highly recommend the course as well as Sasha Edwards as in 5 weeks I've learnt a lot about both myself and counselling.

I had a great experience with The B2W Group. The course materials were clear and well-structured, and the tutor, Aneta Worku, was supportive, patient, and always available to help.

Registered interest for course almost a month in advance. Gave all relevant information to check I was eligible. Was told that I would be contacted after Nicola was back off annual leave. Almost 3 weeks later, and 1 day before the course start date no reply. Contacted them again to check whether I had a placement or not as I needed to know. Was told no as the course is full.

So ignored for almost 3 weeks and denied a place because of people not doing their job.

This course exceeded my expectations. The material was very clear and up-to-date. It was challenging, but the tutor was very understanding and supportive.

Lots of coursework to be done in a short period of time, but you're really well supported to get the work done and nobody is dropped or left behind if struggling.

I was put forward to B2W by the DWP, my work coach. I left my job in April and found it harder to find work than I thought I would.I went along to an open day in Wigan where there was a guy called Sam who signed us up and a few other people who sold it to the 50 hopefuls who had been put forward.
I attended every day in July an online course. I found it amazing I had no re works to do. Online learning well out of my comfort zone. We had a guaranteed Interview with Teleperformance group and I got a job. It was supposed to be at the end of the course, but actually 3 days in (my review on that shamble is on their review page). I was allocated a lady who would look after me and be there to help me find work if this job fell through...which it did. I have no contact with her since telling her the job offer fell through. I went to the office in Stockport, which they hadn't yet moved to. I exchanged emails with a manager but that went quiet. My tutor Sundas Huma and Craig Wilson have never been mentioned in any of these reviews. They were both really good I have no bad words to say about them. I was told it would take 3 months to get my certificates for my 3 new qualifications. On reading previous reviews, I doubt I'll ever see them. I may be proved wrong, we shall see. I gave my all to this course and I really feel it was a waste of my time, and praying on vulnerable people who are looking for work and who want to work, is disgusting. They are paid by the DWP to put people forward for these courses. Remember the line in future, if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
