My company have been working with B4BC for more than a decade and have nothing but positive feedback. Their service has been consistently excellent, and Alex, our account manager, is always responsive, reliable, and proactive in helping us identify and implement new solutions.

We received great service from Anthony on his recent visit to upgrade/change our phone system. He is an absolute credit to the company.

Dreadful from the start, less than 1mb/s internet. Upgraded to a copper line (our cost), still waiting 5 months later for something to work. Fobbed off, delayed and costs higher than expected. Trapped in a five year contract, been hugely detrimental to our business. We are seeking legal guidance

We are St Clare's Catholic Primary School. We were visited today by Anthony Hawker to have an upgrade to the telephone system. Anthony was polite, friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. An absolute credit to your company.

Great company. Easy to get in touch with and everything was set up quickly. Love the fact it's a UK-based support team who actually pick up the phone and care about helping you. Such a refreshing change from dealing with big companies that make you jump through hoops and make everything complicated.

We’ve been customers of B4BC for many years, and have always received excellent service and support from all the team. They were also able to install fibre broadband for us when BT couldn’t!

Absolutely terrible company. Sent me bills for numbers I did not have. Threatened debt agency companies. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Having initially signed up, it was soon apparent that there was an issue with the phone systems, as existing and new customers stated the phone would ring out or not connect. Having expressed my issues to B4BC and how I had distressed existing customers and was losing new customers, they stated that nothing was wrong and the lines worked fine. I stressed a number of times that there was an issue, but was met with the same answer. As it was affecting my sales, I couldn't wait another second and changed to Tamar Telecom, the phones worked from day one, and they have been great. I then asked B4BC to cancel, but was informed i was tied into a contract, i am well over 2 years into paying this now, the biggest waste of money. They couldn't even just be right with me, which speaks volumes.

It seems other reviews say a similar experience. I would not recommend.

My insurance company has always struggled with our location and not being able to get broadband at a reasonable speed that was until we received a call from someone at B4BC. They said they could get me internet and to give them a chance which I was hesitant but still followed through with and to be honest have looked back since!! service and install were snappy & efficient cant complain.. anyone struggling with WIFI probably worth a shout

Needed broadband and phone system for new showroom and the team quickly sorted the phone system to get us up and running and then when it was discovered the premises did not have a broadband feed to it Best 4 business sorted a solution and made sure we was able to operate quickly.

Communication and problem.solving are always delat with promptly...can't fault and much prefer to deal with a company with UK call centre.

B4BC arranged for us to be switched over from Virgin to Openreach. This went smoothly and the existing network switch and access were reused.

My monthly bills are now lower and I am seeing much higher bandwidth throughout the premises.

We have been using B4B for over 6 years, their service level is exceptional. Very easy to deal with, we have a personal account manager who deals immediately with any questions we have, and the personal approach is so much better then previous companies where we use to feel like just a number.

Wow - unbelievable service - a company Top on their game

We wanted to cancel with B4B. They were extremely unhelpful and aggressive. Firstly they immediately imposed a cancellation charge which was required immediately despite not being able to actually provide us with a signed copy of the contract explaining this requirement.

They then proceeded to continue to bill us for several months until our local authority finally processed the payment, despite them not applying a correct Purchase Order number.

I can honestly say that I have never encountered such an appalling lack of customer centric care and understanding and would heartily encourage any business to avoid this company like the plague
