Even though the delivery was delayed the communication but the delivery was really clear. I got really quick answers on questions about the delivery time as soon as we ship it came really fast. Would definitely shop here again.

Doesn't look like a big company. Prices are good. Delivery took a bit longer than expected ~1.5 week.

Bought a Vaude Hogan SUL 1-2P tent for a great (bargain) price..unsure of the website etc but all reviews v good and seemed legit, so I took the plunge.
Email to confirm order, tracking etc.
Tent arrived via UPS -set it up to check all ok - brilliant !

Very good customer service. Unfortunately due to shipping problems on the manufacturer side on my ordered product I had to cancel my order and refund it. But all the way I was helped very well by Javier and he gave me very clear and quick responses.

The webshop interface is maybe not the best, since after ordering I did not get the payment confirmation immediately. So I wrote to customer support, they replied quickly with my order status. Good overall experience!

There was a small delay until the article was available and shipped, but that's only a very small criticism given the great price for my new Latok Mountain GTX jacket. Once dispatched, delivery to Ireland was very straight forward - which is NOT always the case. baBaik use UPS, who are generally more professional than some of the cheaper couriers in Ireland.
I also like the sustainable and ecological philosophy of baBaik. So an excellent shopping experience all-in-all.

I have bought the sleeping back via babaik.com. I had some technical issues (on my side), which made the payment unsuccessful. I sent them email and message on WA, they contacted me promptly and help me to resolve the problem, even it was late Friday.
Delivery was quick through the Europe.
Highly recommend it!
