I was looking for a isolation jacket and discovered the Babaik webshop that I never used before. I found out they had extensive choice and the best offer for Microlight Alpine Jacket from RAB. Although delivery took 2 extra day's, i was positively suprised by the info provided and quick responses i got on other questions/advice wrt mountain equipment.

Bought coat during Black Friday sales. The website said 5-9 working days and was in stock however it wasn't shipped for a week after purchase. It's been over 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for my product. At the moment I think UPS is to blame but delays throughout the whole process. Customer service have been very prompt and helpful throughout though.

Ordered a Rab jacket from this seller and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. Prices are competitive. FedEx shipping is free to Ireland and took 2 weeks (as stated on website). Shipping with DPD or UPS is optional and costs10 euros. Maybe they are quicker?. There was no hurry for me so I'm very happy and would recommend this seller.
