baBaik has a really good and friendly service! I ordered a size too small, so I had to change it (order a new one at baBaik and return the other). I was a bit afraid the new one would come in too late for my holiday, but baBaik assured me it would come on time and so it did! They react very quickly to questions on email. I would recommend baBaik! And yes, the jacket came in good through UPS and I love it!

Afrer 8 working days I recieved totally different product. Even size was wrong...

Quick and efficient service

At first, I had my doubts about the store since the layout of the site seemed sketchy and prices way too low compared to other more well known stores in europe. So I took a risk and bought some gaiters that weren't that expensive just to see if the store was legit...sure enough everything came as expected, not superfast delivery (Greece) but that's not the store's fault. Also, great customer support from Javier who answers emails very fast and is super helpful with questions. Over all a great experience from a store that offers great products that are not as easy to find, and at a great price, all around highly recommend.

Very bad experience.
Pants did not fit. Had to return them.
They will not refund my money because they keep insisting an extra label should have been returned, which I never received.

Very unfair to insist you should return a label that they never delivered.
Now I am swindeled out of € 180.
Penny wise, pound foolish. Save yourself the headache.

Never again for me.

Bought the Rab Mythic alpine jacket and Latok GTX extreme jacket, both arrived well within the time scale given and exactly as described. Made an error when trying to order and Javier reached out and sent me an email and offered to help out, many thanks Javier and Baibak for the fantastic service, will be back to buy more as the prices are the best as is the service, highly recommend!!!
