I ordered a Rab jacket from Babaik and both the price and service were fantastic. I found Javier really helpful in particular and will definitely shop here again without any hesitation.

Since I had not yet heard of this webshop, I hesitated to place an order, but finally I did it.
I was promptly informed by mail about the order, and the delivery.
I posed a question by mail about the taxes as I did not know from wich country the product would be sent. I instantly got a clear answer. After 2 weeks the product was delivered (free) to a UPS point near my home in Belgium. Everything went flawless. And the price was the lowest on the internet !

Delivery of 21 days but that was mentioned with the product, everything went as planned and quick response from costumer service.

I was first hesitant since I didn't know the site/company and the few (although mostly positive) reviews but decided to use paypal for the order (to be assured). Since Babaik had by far the best price for the backpack Osprey Atmos AG65 (not the L-version!) I ordered it and received the item after +/- 2 weeks. Fast reply from the company after a mail from me when I could expect the order (there was stated 10-20working days). Item arrived today - perfect and exactly what I ordered! 97€ cheaper than a local shop (223 versus 320€). Thank you Babaik!

I have been waiting almost two weeks for a product I ordered from you. UPS states the reason as being a situation in Ukraine. It seems to me to be quite an implausible excuse. Surely you don't expect me to believe that your products are moved through the war zone????

Good contact with the store (Javier answers every question). Delivery exactly on time as stated on their website. Reasonable and competitive prices for a great product. If I need something from their assortment, I will definitely come back.

Everything arrived perfectly and I was updated on shipment date and arrival date when the order was processed. Products were as advertised and when I contacted customer service, they were prompt in replying.

Super prompt and friendly customer service. I placed an order not reading properly. It very clearly stated 10 to 20 working days when it had not arrived after 2 weeks I got in touch and got a response immediately explaining that they had to order it in which is why it is a long lead time. The rep promised to keep an eye on the order to ensure it would be shipped immediately when it gets into stock in the meantime I found the bag locally and asked could I cancel the order and no questions asked the order was cancelled and I received my refund the next day. I would definitely order from babaik again because I found the customer service outstanding and trust that if I have a problem I am being helped with. Thank you

For Slovenian costumers (country in EU), shipping is not free. On your site says (Free shipping on all orders over €30 and to all countries of the European Union) I order a pair of Camp running poles for 59e, and post costs were about 7e. Not much, but please update your shipping info on website.
