My parcel had been left in an unsafe…

My parcel had been left in an unsafe area of where I live, when I was contacted by babymore themselves (Kamila) who helped me resolve this and had me a replacement sent out ASAP.

Her kindness and professionalism will not go unnoticed as it has made me confident that I have made a good choice on brand for I have picked for my child.

It’s been day 3 of a next day delivery…

It’s been day 3 of a next day delivery and I still don’t have the item I’ve ordered. Can’t review the item but I can review the service and it’s 0 stars from me. I wouldn’t not recommend or order from this company again.

We note that you hadn’t contacted us directly regarding the issue, so we were unaware of the delay until your review. Your order was placed after 7pm on 10/02, outside our business hours, and was therefore processed on 11/02. It was dispatched on a next-day delivery service, meaning it was expected to arrive on 12/02. Unfortunately, there was a delay on the carrier’s part, which we sincerely apologise for.

We can see that your item has now been successfully delivered today 13/02, just one day later than anticipated.

I couldn’t possibly be happier

I couldn’t possibly be happier with this chair. The customer service has been excellent, communication second to none, and I was given a delivery window of 8-10th February but I then received notification from the delivery company that they could deliver it on 7th - just two days after purchase - which I was really pleased with.

It was incredibly well packed, easy to assemble and the colour printed instructions were simple to follow.

The chair itself has a gentle rock, the size is perfect for my living room and although it was purchased primarily as a nursing chair, it is absolutely going to become my number one chair for relaxing when crocheting.

The height of the back adds to the sturdiness, it is firm rather than soft which is exactly what I wanted as my elderly mum struggles to stand from super soft furnishings, yet it’s still really comfortable whilst encouraging good posture.

I saw the exact same chair in Dunelm for £35 more than I paid when I purchased on Amazon, and although it’s not the cheapest of the available options there I absolutely feel I have value for money. It’s very well made, offers great support and feels like a quality piece of furniture.

I intend to use it as a rocking chair, but the fact it comes with four legs and clever storage for these is a bonus, as is the accompanying footstool.

I’d absolutely recommend this. No complaints at all.

Spend your money elsewhere

Purchased a Freya nursing chair - really poor quality materials, seat pad sank and material sagged after just a couple of weeks use.
Customer service not helpful at all. Sent replacement parts that we didn't want without consulting with me first. Issue not resolved.

Edit: I see that Babymore have since responded: 'detailed guidance' was to shuffle the cushion left and right. I did this and it's the same.

We note that you have been using the chair for over 2 months and after receiving your report, we despatched replacement part the very same day and provided detailed guidance on adjusting the cushion. The cushion is designed to fit snugly to prevent slipping during longer nursing sessions, and any minor creasing can be smoothed by repositioning and tucking the cushion.

While we’re always happy to assist with any issues, related to our products- on this occasion, we understand you found it difficult to follow the guidance on removing the creasing. Please feel free to contact us again, and we’ll be happy to guide you on how to position the cushion to prevent creasing.

Above & Beyond Customer Service

I ordered cots with wheels for my day nursery setting. Sadly they were never delivered and with the Christmas period we were under pressure to get them for reopening. Kamila went above and beyond to establish where the cots were (missing) get new ones sent out in record time and keep us informed every step of the way.
Not only do they have great customer service the products are well made and their cots with wheels make great evacuation cots for my day nursery at a very competitive price.
I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all of our baby products in the future. Well done Babymore

Customer service is poor

Order placed and paid for but then lost in the system. So a long delay and then chasing up required to get the item.
Was sent emails confirming delivery for a specific day (08:00-18:00) but it never came, a day wasted in waiting for it.
Was sent another email that evening and it turned up the following day
The product (Cot) is decent but it did arrived damaged. One part scuffed with paint worn off. One support bar cracked/split.
Babymore would not send me a replacement cot (and take away the damaged one!!) - I had to unpack and inspect all the parts and send them a list of what was required....
Now it is sorted but I have large cot pieces left over that Babymore will not collect and take away. They asked me to dispose of them - they are far too large to fit in my waste bin! A trip to the recyling centre is now needed which is frustrating.

Customer service poor and not very forward in being helpful.

Fantastic

Purchased the Cot in 2020 and were not disappointed. Sturdy, easy to build and amend and aesthetically pleasing. Using again for our newborn. Great product.

Babymore customer support experience

Hello,the customer support of Babymore is great, the pram chassis broke and I got a replacement within 2 days with DPD delivery, solved the problem very quickly.If you buy anything from the Babymore retailers I would recommend not to forget to register the product on Babymore website for extended warranty.

Great value and great customer service

Product is as described, it arrived a little damaged I emailed them and they immediately said they would send replacement parts no questions asked. Fantastic customer service makes such a difference. Great value product too.
