Super happy with my snazzy bags from Bagsmart. Went to Spain with my new carry on back pack that has so many compartments and can store a ton of stuff. Love the convenience of the zippered pocket on top so it opens up like a hood of a car. Very practical and came home with a white bag, still white Great quality and highly recommend. Excellent customer communication and product. Will buy again.

This is the second time I have bought from Bagsmart. Falco 40L backpacks x 2 1st time for Japan trip. Mine has also been used for daughter and partner so just bought 2 more so they can have their own. I stuffed up the order ( early hours order and not checking). I was able to return easily, as soon as they had the tracking number - returned was processed and the replacement was sent immediately. Great contact and service, also love the backpacks

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is an exception.
I’ve been looking for a backpack for an upcoming trip to Croatia with some friends. Since we’re Flying with Scandinavian youth airlines means strict baggage rules -they basically expect me to fit my whole life into a toiletry bag.
That’s when I stumbled upon Bagsmart. The design caught my eye -they look really nice and in interesting colors (especially next to all the “50 shades of black” I saw in local stores). So i order Blast mesh travel backpack in Arona color and Blast packing cubes . Most importantly, the expandable main compartment is a total game-changer
Unfortunately, my first order didn't go smoothly. Part of my order was missing, and there was some confusion with a discount code. I had to place a second order, and honestly, I was pretty stressed out ecause the trip is right around the corner.
I reached out to customer support right away, and at first, I was worried that it wouldn't be resolved quickly.
However, talking to the support completely changed my mind. We went back and forth for a day, and it felt like I was talking to actual people who cared, rather than just reading from a script. They really took the time to look into my case and got everything sorted out in a way I didn't even expect.
It’s honestly nice to see a company that actually helps when something goes wrong. Makes me definitely want to recommend it to friends, feels good knowing they’ve got you covered if things don’t go perfectly. I am very pleased with both of my purchases
I am very pleased with both of my orders and the quick delivery! First order was the 38LPro in Oyster ordered on a Friday delivered by Monday. Same thing with the second order 43L Pro in Oyster ordered and recieved within 3/4 days.
I think we can all agree the features, RFID blocking pocket in each, spaces for typical laptop and iPads, plenty of space for our clothing and shoes.
One thing missing is I requested to be notified when the 43LPro in oyster came back in stock. Never happened. The only way I knew was to obsessively check the site daily and grabbed the item. It immediately was unavailable again -- yes I checked! So supply doesnt seem to meet demand IMO.
As a former flight attendant I think the backpacks are sturdy and will withstand my personal travel needs - minimalist packing for easy travels on and off planes, trains and buses.
So one thing -- social media needs to be more vigilant I see potential customers posting questions that never get replies. I'm in sales and that is a negative for any of us in this day and age. We need ro cater to our clients because there is a lot of competition for all of us. Happy travels!

Broken wheel - First time use
The wheel on my suitcase broke on the first use. The Service email for customer service is not helpful and will not stand behind the product or the warranty. I just wanted a replacement wheel. Send me in circles. One email says they will send one and asks for info on the luggage and the shipping address. The next email states they will not send a wheel. Then they say they will and then they say they wont. Round and round we go. Its been weeks. And I still cant get a replacement wheel.

I placed an order for a Blast 28L backpack and after checking out realized I had accidently clicked the 38L. I emailed customer service to inquire if I could make a switch before sending out my order and within an hour, the mistake I made was quickly corrected and the correct size was amended on my order. The bag I ordered was very well made, but not suited for me. I initiated a return and it was difficult to connect with someone for exact information. However, when I reached out again months later to ask about my return, the customer service agents were responsive and helpful. I was issued my return and a coupon! I don’t know about anyone else but I had a great experience as a first time buyer. I had two separate orders. I purchased enough on both orders that I qualified for the gift (1 gift per order). However, I failed to add the gift (yes, both times). I didn’t realize there was a choice and that you had to add it to the cart. This is not something I’m used to as so many companies don’t give gifts, let alone let you choose from multiple awesome options. Anyway, I reached out to customer service and they responded within the next day. They instructed me on what I needed to do and I followed them. In the next week, I got the gifts. Not only this, but the luggage I ordered is amazing! I also got the mini duffle and it’s cute af! I chose the mini duffle AirPod holder and the pink jewelry box. Both exceed my expectations.
