The BEST Backpack I've Ever Purchased
First, I absolutely love the backpack. I travel often, and this backpack holds my clothes, my laptop, and my iPad. It's my new go-to for travel. Second, the customer service is above and beyond. I plan to purchase additional products as gifts!
Not for me, but great customer service
The bag I ordered was very well made, but not suited for me. I initiated a return and it was difficult to connect with someone for exact information. However, when I reached out again months later to ask about my return, the customer service agents were responsive and helpful. I was issued my return and a coupon! I am thankful for their understanding and helping me with my issue, even after such a long delay.

I don’t know about anyone else but I had a great experience as a first time buyer. I had two separate orders. I purchased enough on both orders that I qualified for the gift (1 gift per order). However, I failed to add the gift (yes, both times). I didn’t realize there was a choice and that you had to add it to the cart. This is not something I’m used to as so many companies don’t give gifts, let alone let you choose from multiple awesome options. Anyway, I reached out to customer service and they responded within the next day. They instructed me on what I needed to do and I followed them. In the next week, I got the gifts. Not only this, but the luggage I ordered is amazing! I also got the mini duffle and it’s cute af! I chose the mini duffle AirPod holder and the pink jewelry box. Both exceed my expectations. Thank you to the person in customer service who went above and beyond to help me! I will definitely be a return customer!

Bagsmart Blast pro rolling duffel and costumer service is wonderful!
I purchased the bagsmart blast pro 43L rolling duffel and I’m very excited to try it out on my upcoming travels. I had a couple questions and concerns so I reached out to their team through email. Alicia worked with me to get everything taken care of and I received wonderful service and extremely prompt! I couldn’t have asked for any better. I have since purchased the pro backpack and two sets of their pro compression cubes as well. I’ve learned with many things I’ve purchased off of the Internet from many different companies, not everything will be perfect. Bagsmart proved to me that they will stand behind their product, and their customer service that I have worked with was awesome! So far Bagsmart has proven to me they are a great company, that I will continue to purchase travel items from when needed.
Great product quality and customer service, tricky returns
The product quality was wonderful, unfortunately, the bag we purchased ultimately was not large enough for our needs. The return process involves the customer paying for shipping which is expensive for a large suitcase. BagSmart offered us a half-off discount to just keep the bag and avoid the return shipping cost. We felt it was a fair compromise for such a large purchase. I would purchase from them again, but assume final sale since the return shipping cost would be so high. Customer service was responsive and helpful with actual humans which was appreciated.
Bagsmart Customer Service
I bought a Bagsmart backpack and then wasn't sure I needed it. I liked it very much but decided against keeping it. I notified Bagsmart and requested a return and refund. They offered me a 50 percent discount to keep it, which I happily did. Their customer service is top notch! In this day and age when you can't reach customer service, they were great!
We love our new backpacks!
We love our new backpacks, they are much higher quality than expected. I also had a very good experience with customer service after being charged for a free gift at checkout. I was a little frustrated that I couldn’t find a phone number but was surprised at how quickly I received a response when emailing. I was refunded almost immediately for the free gift. The communication was great. The free gift was not in the package but I really didn’t care because that is not why I bought something. The discount given for two was a better gift anyway!

I found the Basic backpack to be fabulous. I needed lots of pockets and I got them. Plus the lining is not black so it better to find items inside.
The make up bag is a good size, with strong zips and well made. Clever design.
I also bought a black soft puffer backpack that will travel with me because it’s light weight, roomy and looks smart. Also with bright coloured lining.
I had a problem with a colour of a backpack and I immediately notified Bagsmart and it was resolved quickly and respectfully. I would recommend this company any day.

I had issues with my order, I believe it was lost, but when reaching out to customer service, they promptly resolved and sent a new item, which I got in 2 days. I am very satisfied with the products and customer support.

However, I want to highlight the customer service, which was very friendly, responsive, and solution-oriented. After contacting support and explaining my concerns, they reviewed my case and offered a full refund without requiring a return.
While the product itself was unfortunately not the right fit for my needs, I truly appreciate the professional and fair customer service experience. Thank you for finding a good solution.

Missing Blast 43L bag
Edit. Update… bag arrived and it’s a great bag! Bagsmart customer services did reach out and kept me updated. It was lost in transit but between Bagsmart and Evri, it was located and delivered.
Ordered the Blast 43L bag, and the cable accessory bag. The accessory bag arrived, no sign of the 43L bag but Bagsmart have marked the order as fulfilled. The Evri delivery photo clearly shows only a small parcel delivered! Tried contacting Bagsmart many times, nobody replies to emails. No phone number to ring! So I’m down £139 as it stands!

Bagsmart - AWESOME..
Placed an order over the weekend for an upcoming trip based on their 3 -5 day delivery promise. Was given two consignment numbers which initially said passed on to courier but now these numbers don’t exist, disappeared from tracking. Can’t contact anyone from customer service, dodgy email which no one responds to.

UPDATE- With regards to the above review Bagsmart have since reached out and have been extremely helpful. Part of the order has now been delivered although the second part looks like it’s been lost in transit. Bagsmart have been incredibly helpful in finding a solution and are now working on sending a replacement.

UPDATE- OK so I’m now overseas and have used my Blast travel 38L Backpack as well as my 43L Roller Backpack. These bags are amazing, absolutely perfect for this trip. All bags have now arrived from my order and I have to say Reign from Bagsmart was incredibly helpful finding a solution to the missing part of the order. Thank you again and anyone who’s looking for a new bag I’d be giving these guys a call.

I ordered a bag from here. The zipper was broken. It was separated when I opened it. I did fix it. My concern was that it would happen again with the defective zipper. I emailed back and forth with customer service for days. Their return policy states that they take returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase. They wouldn't refund my bag. For any reason. Stating that it was because I did not have the original shipping container or label. Who even saves this? It came it a plastic bag. Terrible customer service. If you want to risk getting stuck with a broken bag with no a company that doesn't honor a return policy then it might be the right place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
