As of today, it’s available and ready for pickup at the FedEx Authorized ShipCenter in St. John’s. Product of high quality, but had to return some of the garland which was too heavy. Customer service was prompt. Returns are not free, but not unreasonably priced.

Took a long time receiving the product
Took a long time receiving the product. Looked very fake (plasticy) and could certainly use more lights than just 100 lights for a 10 foot bough.

Not sure, will know next year
I have had a real tree for 62 years. After trying to buy real tree this year, and not getting what I wanted, I looked at and bought an artificial tree. I’m hoping this tree is what I look for in a real tree. Next year will tell.

This year we ordered both a 7.5 ft pre-lit Christmas tree & a 10 ft pre-lit garland and they were both beautiful. The ordering process was easy. Both items arrived quickly & were exactly as described online.

Great look!!
We juste got the tree. It is beautiful, we love it. It looks like a real tree once you take the time to set it up right. We hope it’s going to last many years given the environmental footprint of fake trees. We chose Balsam because the quality seemed better, so we hope it’s going to be the case. Only time will tell.
