Amazing customer service! I have had the pleasure of dealing with Aziza when querying about a Cartier watch I was planning on purchasing. The help and guidance has been phenomenal. Purchased the watch straightaway and although the transaction has gone through after 3pm, I have received the parcel the following day. It was very well packaged, lots of padded material in the box to avoid damage during transit and also came with a nice gesture - a few branded chocolates! As for the item itself, impeccable condition as you expect for a brand new item, with all labels and protective plastic covers in place - not to say, the watch is stunning! I have dealt with many well known jewellery stores in the past but honestly, the best experience so far! Transparent, Professional and Quick! Thank you!!

Awful service. I am waiting for a repair to two rings which they have had since 8th November. I have been promised it will be 6 weeks...it will be no later than the beginning of this week...etc. I expected better service and I certainly cannot recommend them.

Edit: I have now collected my rings and one has not been resized as requested.

From start to finish it was a great purchase experience. There was no hard sell and all the staff I dealt with were professional / exceptional. I had to have the ring resized and needed it back ASAP for personal reasons and Tom phoned up the goldsmiths to prioritise the ring. It cam back in 5 days instead of 10.

Great customer service from very friendly staff. My new watch was sourced and they let me know as soon as it was in. Attentive staff in store explained the workings and all the warranty details. Felt like my business was important to them.

I have purchased a few watches from Aziza over the years and quite frankly I would not dream of going anywhere else. She has fantastic taste and is always happy to give her advice which I must say has always turned out to be spot on. She is extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Banks Lyon is a reliable and family run jeweller who my family have used since their opening in the 1980’s. Supporting local business is important but when you’re welcomed in to this store, you know you’ll never go anywhere else.
The knowledge and customer service excellence of their team is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for their staff; Rodney should be very proud of his team. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for jewellery and I look forward to returning again soon.

Ordered a TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 300 GMT 43mm after seeing a deal on HotUKdeals. Website & reviews seemed great.

They called today and spoke about delivery with Aziza. Had a good conversation and said I would definately use them in the future, we also spoke about how I was buying through a LTD for a giveaway & that it was lucky I bought without asking any questions, as another person was interested and looking to buy but missed out as they took too long to decide...

They called me back half an hour later and said that theres been a stock check error and the watch was never actually in stock? I paid £2,400 for said watch on a special offer.

They said they can get me the watch, but I'll have to pay £2650.

They wont honour the price I paid, so now I have to wait for a refund and I've just purchased it for £2,550 brand new elsewhere, very frustrating experience.

You've got 4 stars as Aziza is pleasant to deal with.

Absolutely first class service and superb quality diamond ring, which had to be sent away to be resized but back just in time for Christmas as promised.

Enquired on a Sunday evening, missed a call Monday morning, but received a follow-up via WhatsApp, directly after - unexpected, at first, but very convenient.

Aziza worked with colleagues to get a video across to me of the watch's condition, and this helped a lot with confidence in my buying decision.

Shipping was nothing short of exceptional - Aziza organised next-day delivery of the watch from their other showroom, and it arrived in perfect condition.

She even included some chocolates (a nice touch).

An affable salesperson that does what they say they'll do, and does it well (the true definition of integrity) - would recommend Aziza and Banks Lyon to friends.

I’ve visited the store a couple of times and always impressed by the atmosphere and it feels a highly quality environment without any pressure. Came across Banks Lyon online whilst searching for Omega stockists. After looking at their reviews I made contact and received a speedy response from Aziza. Aziza quickly answered all my questions and I arranged to visit the store to purchase a Seamaster. The level of customer service from Banks Lyon, and especially Aziza was fantastic. The watch was adjusted and presented really well and although there are stockists much closer to where I live, I am so glad I chose Banks Lyon. Well worth the drive and I will definitely buy from them again. Best customer service I have had in a long time.
