I very much enjoyed my visit to banks lyons this afternoon, Samantha was very patient and attentive in helping me to choose a very nice omega watch.

Excellent Service, within a few minutes of completing my order I was contacted and told exactly when I would receive my watch. Nice little surprise when I opened the box to find some very nice mint chocolates. Very happy with my purchase too. Highly recommend Banks Lyon

The experience of choosing a gift for my birthday was exceptional. Samantha Ireland took her time to understand what I was interested in, what was important to me and was respectful of our budget. She showed me a wide range of watches from different designers to focus on my likes and dislikes. She explained the various features, strap and face options, guarantees and more. Sam was knowledgeable, engaging and listened to me and was patient. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Banks Lyons is a very special space to make a special purchase and I feel fortunate that it is our local jewellers. All the staff are friendly and take a genuine interest in your purchases.

I decided to buy an Omega Seamaster 300 and as there are no Omega retailers in my Town I searched the internet, after numerous phone calls to Omega retailers I came across Banks Lyon Jewellers based in Lancaster.
The Lady I dealt with is called Aziza and she was fantastic, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
I paid for the watch over the phone (I received a payment link) on the Saturday and the watch was with me in the beautiful box, all paperwork and the worldwide guarantee the following Tuesday.
