One of the best companies I have worked with

I purchased some radios but they sat in the box unused for 6 months. When I finally pulled them out and went to charge them, I noticed one of the batteries had a damaged USB port. I contacted Beofeng just out of the odd chance they would help out. For the record, I was totally expecting them to tell me no, and I probably would have also. The representative (Olivia) immediately offered to send a replacement, however they were currently out of stock. I could either wait or if I bought one from Amazon and send them the receipt they would reimburse me. As it was 6 months old, their system was only able to offer a gift card as compensation, but that was perfectly fine with me. I am very happy with the resolution, and have since purchased more from them.

The radios themselves are excellent for the price, I don't think you're gonna find too many arguments to the contrary.

Highly recommend!

Super fast response !

I emailed Customer Support late in the evening and to my surprise I had a response to my email the following morning. Olivia from the Baofeng Support Team was super. She gave me the info I needed to solve the problem I was having with my UV-5g radio.

I ordered 3 GT-3 Radio batteries and…

I ordered 3 GT-3 Radio batteries and they arrived in a few days in The Netherlands.
After I claimed a problem with one of the batteries it got replaced by BaofengRadio promptly!
I'm very happy with a competitive price and their customer service!!!!

Great radios, better customer service!

You can't do better than these radios, especially not for the price! And customer service is amazing. I was having a hard time figuring out how to set up a few frequencies, I emailed their customer support, and they were back to me within a day with step by step instructions on how to fix my problem. I am definitely going to be buying more of these radios, and recommending them to the guys I work with and the guys I hunt with.

Satisfied

Satisfied! Great service! Your Little Handhelds saved a lot of lives in the NC Mountains after Hurricane Helene recently. I was directly Involved in handling radio traffic into and out of the area. This radio that I just ordered is to replace the UV 21 that I gave away to someone in the affected area. We have given aprox. 20 UV5R's to people in the mtns so far. And our private Testing group are starting to give away a new pre programmed HT to each new licensee when they pass their test. Thank you so much!

I had a software question and e-mailed…

I had a software question and e-mailed Baofeng customer support. To be honest, I didn't really expect a reply compared to other companies I have e-mailed for assistance in the past. Much to my surprise this was the best customer service experience i've ever received. Olivia from the support team got back to me right away and made some suggestions. Not only did she give me great advice. She also e-mailed me back asking if everything was OK. I would highly suggest purchasing any communication equipment from this company as you know, they'll be there to support the product, which is something you rarely see these days . Easy order

Olivia was a pleasure to work with. She answered all questions and was very knowledgeable and helpful. 2 shipments a bit apart was awkward , but that’s cool.As far as the radio, I’ll be able to take anywhere and if it breaks, Olivia had me covered.
