I had an issue with one of my radios I ordered that came in a package of two. I noticed the issue and contacted baofeng’s customer service. They responded back the same day and helped me trouble shooting problems and was able to come to a solution immediately! Following a problem with a Baofeng walkie talkie, customer service was exceptionally responsive, something we rarely encounter these days.
The information and advice given to me was very clear and allowed me to solve my problem.

Olivia in customer support group was EXTREMELY helpful in resolving an issue where my shipment was missing one item, a desktop charger. Within a couple of hours, I had a response to initial support request I submitted, and the next day a new charger was on its way! Very pleased with this type of service.
