Please never consider buying from Tyres .co,za
11 month after paying R32 000 for 6 Cooper tyres. have have still not received anything. Hundreds of unkept promises from Thomas Rundle. Have to bay from another dealer en now batteling to get my money back.
Again promises but nothing . I am going to reporting it as theft at SAP.

Avoid tyres.co.za...!!!!!

I have purchased a set of 4 tyres on 17 August 2022 for my vehicle and as 1 September 2022 I have received no tyres and no refund. At this point in time they do not answer my whatsapp messages. Be aware of this company, they do not display nor a phone number or address on their website and there is a reason why they do not.

I've ordered and paid for a tyre in July 2022. Tyre was not delivered. The company do not answer my emails. I've read many bad rewies and I guess that's the case for police. Order number 7367.

I bought 2 Michelin tyres from tyres.co.za on 30 June 2022. No tyres delivered. When asked for a refund, the CEO, Mr Thomas Rendell, came up with excuses and extensions for payment. No payment so far. I wrote the review on Hellopeter, then he requested me to remove the review, and then he will process the payment immediately. I removed the review and waited for a week, nothing happened other than lies and extensions. I wrote again on Hellopeter and again came up with the same request. I gave him a last chance, again, the same story. This is the third time I am writing this review.
This guy is a cheat, and he is refusing to refund and unlawfully holding my money. Never buy from tyres.co.za at any cost. IT IS A SCAM.......

No address, no landline looks very dodgy

Would give him MINUS infinite stars if I could. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! My first order that I did in 2020, I was sent to a tyre place in zambezi to fit my tyres that I already paid in full about 2 weeks earlier. I drove 220km round trip and when I got there, no tyres.... the owner of the tyre place told me that this happens a LOT, so then Thomas appologized and told me there is a stuff up with delivery. 2 weeks went past again, I requested a refund, Thomas then promised me he will throw in a free sparewheel (5th wheel, which until today 08/08/2022 I NEVER GOT) because I wanted to cancel. Another 4 weeks passed after NUMEROUS promises from Thomas he then again sent me to another tyre place 240km round trip, I sat there waiting from about 12:00 the afternoon, the tyres only arrived after 17:00 after which I had to pay the tyre place additional because they had to work overtime. 2 years passed. I bought another set of tyre from tyre.co.za on 07/07/2022 after CONFIRMING the tyres will be at my place the next week, that also came and passed without tyres, after NUMEROUS excuses again from Thomas and not getting my tyres, I asked for a refund and then he again tried giving me free additional tyres which from previous experience I KNOW I would not get, I then rejected his offer and asked to please give my money back. This guy is UNTRUSTWORTHY, DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS ACTION OF LACK THEREOFF, PLEASE PEOPLE, STAY AWAY, I have had a tremendous bad experience both times with this company and I see there is LOTS AND LOTS of other people who had the same experience!!!!!

I ordered 4 tyres with order number 7278. I am getting promise after promise for the delivery of my tyres. I do not recommend anyone to deal with these guys in future. This is full scale scam, I only started noticing it after I had just paid and checked on reviews from other victims. I should have checked first. I am engaging my lawyers to follow up on my refund

It is very sad to notice that there are still ppl who are falling into tyres.co.za scam. This is not a business but ruthless scammers who steal from people. I decided to involve my lawyers, my bank which I transfered my money from whe I was making payment and vehicle ombudsman for me to get my money back it took 45 days but eventually i got it back.

You will never get anything interesting from that Thomas. He is so cruel with a soft tongue. Be very careful don't even go to their website.

I purchased 6 x bf Goodrich on the 17 March 2022. Paid for in full. Delivery the following week. Today is the 17 June 2022 and still no tyres OR refund. The excuse is always, tomorrow.

Do not buy tyres from tryes.co.za OR do business with Thomas Rundle.

Well Thomas it's been a month now, fully paid order with a no show. Empty promises.

Would have sent Monday the 6 June '22, issue with the courier.
Then this message on Tuesday the 7th
"Morning Rudi,
Sorry I am only getting back to you now. All issues resolved, tires will dispatch tomorrow and I will send waybill immediately."
It is 14:30 at this stage I am 110% sure that there will be another excuse. The last time I posted here he responded very fast to me, so let's see.

Ordered 4 tyres on the 09 may 2022. After many promises for delivery and promises of refunds and extra tyres, we finally received the 4 we paid for on the 02 June.
Took forever for a service that was meant to be pain free and hassle free.

I ordered and paid for 4 x tyres on 6 October 2021
To date still no tyres.. Thomas assured me the tyres would be delivered.After numerous excuses and promises, still no tyres!!Gave him the benefit of the doubt and hoped for a change in the new year. Again, many promises to deliver.. Guess what.. No tyres.
Be AWARE!! This business will take your money and not deliver..

Mr Rundle refuses to give me back the money had paid for the 4 tires i ordered in Dec 2021. Im to give an update on his website. I Dec, when i first accessed it, the links to reviews did not work or there were just a few riviews. Yesterday 28/01/22, the website went offline for a couple of hours. Today 29/01/22 it's back up and running. The odd thing is that there now lots of reviews. Claiming to be google reviews, but in actaul fact they are not. Click on them and you'll see just take you a page within tyres.co.za i believe these are fake. Google reviews take you to should take you google site.

I have read several reviews of tyres.co.za and Thomas Rundle and now realise that I am not the only sucker who fell for the the lies of Thomas Rundle. My order #4404 was placed and payed for on 27 August 2020. Since then I was promised and lied to. Thomas Rundle and his business deserve to go under. I will spread his bad name as far as I go.

Tyres.co.za is a scam. he takes your money and then never delivers. Thomas Rundle is a fraud. Stay away.

HE has now stolen from many many people. How he has not been arrested is beyond me.

Thomas RUNDLE of bardentyres.com or tyres.co.za operates a ponzi scheme. Do not expect to get your tyres in the promised period. I ordered tyres in August 2021 and in December I am still receiving empty promises.

This gentleman is a lier and a cheat .Four tyres ordered in june 6 months ago and in spite of delivery promises and refund promises my payment for goods remains unresolved .How can this type of business be run from a home .He thinks he is untouchable and hides behind a false business front .He should be in jail for corruption and fraud .Do not i repeat do not touch this so called business he is a blatant fraud Andrew Janas

Tyres.co.za is a scam stay away from this company.

After doing some reading on which tyres would be best for my Freelander I narrowed the search down to three. Of these I could find only one supplier with stock available in reasonable time (others could only supply end November and there was no guarantee) and that was tyres.co.za. Despite having seen varying reviews I decided to take a gamble with tyres.co.za and it panned out great. Tyres received in good order and time. I will definitely recommend tyres.co.za to anyone who needs personalised service, great product and very reasonable pricing. Wishing Thomas best of luck for his business into the future.
