This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I was completely scammed. I paid for 4 x BF Goodrich tyres. The tyres could not be delivered as promised. After a long delay, I requested my money back since I needed the tyres and could no longer wait. It has now been 3 weeks since I was promised my refund. The website says refunds within 3 days.

THis is not just bad service - it is a complete scam.

Beware.

A complete scam. You never receive your tyres and only get promises of delivery. When you ask for a refund, as their website clearly states that it takes 3 days, you won't get it. Avoid this business and Thomas Rundle.

I bought 4 goodyear tyres for 15 k from Tyres co za
Web page Tyres .co.za showed stock available and 3 days delivery it has been more than 30 days and counting no tyres
After numerous massages and emails
No tyres only promised that it would be shorted out and delivery will follow within a week of wich none ever realized
Do not be fooled you will regret ever doing business here

It is time to let justice prevail the CEO of this company should be criminally charged with theft and fraud. Our Company orders and paid for 4 tyres in February 2021 and up until now none has been delivered nor has a refund been given only thing we got was promises of next week

I bought Tyres from Tyres.co.za which is own by Thomas Rundle in the 25th of July this year, this guy is not budging at all.. A thousand promises.. Its just sad how many people like myself falling into this trap and how is it that it is still operational when all it does is rob people off their hard earned money... Its just sad.. Why is the domain not closed down as this is just pure daily operational scam.. Is there someone who can help. Guys.. I really want my money coz I still can't afford to buy my car new Tyres even today.. I am really disappointed.. Today is the 5 of October and his not even budging

I do not recommend Tyres.co.za to anyone based on my experience and the experience of others. Nearly three months later - after many calls and whatsapp messages with the founder - there was no This continued for months, until finally I said I wanted a refund. The founder thomas rundhel, continued to delay on giving me a refund, until I got an attorney involved. According to the founder, the delay was caused by a 'one-time problem implementing a new delivery 3 days'. However, Tyres.co.za continued to not only sell tyres, but promote them with a sale on their website. This prompted me to read other reviews and discover that many other customers have had the same issue, and it appears to be a common trend spanning back months and years.I have no trust for this company, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Worst online store

I ordered 4 x Pirelli tyres on the 09/08 /21 and was promised the delivery in three days. All I get is promises and no delivery, now I’m waiting for my refund or else I’ll go open a case for fraud . This is daylight scam , please people don’t buy from this Thomas Rundle guy.

This is a scam do not buy from here. They have held my money for 2 month with promises everyday "they will be delivered tomorrow"
And then ta da..... no tyres everytime.
Promise "I will sort this out you have my word." To be let down again

Today it's a "personal issue" after telling me yesterday I would either have my tyres by 4pm or a refund by 5. No tyres and when I messaged now there is a "personal issue" and it can only be sorted out tomorrow.

This is the worst service I have ever recieved and I am going to the police

Good service and also got my tires upgraded at no extra as there was a hiccup with original order. Just got the tires fitted now and very happy! Thanks Thomas.

Update - I have not received any tyres. I was given a refund if I were to take this reveiw down. I did not agree to this.

Poor Service Delivery
I have ordered four Michelin Pilot 4’s tyres via tyres.co.za, prior payment I confirmed immediate availability from the Owner @Thomas Rundle, as it was an emergency. After 4 weeks of empty promises and lies I had to buy another set from Menty’s, which they immediately obtained from Michelin the very same day. Thomas Rundle was unable to refund and then he send a credit note for future need. I used the credit note for my other car, two Pirelli P Zero’s, with condition to deliver in 7 days.
All the excuses started again after 7 days.
After all the escalation Thomas paid me back in full

Owner named Thomas is a Liar!! I placed order online January 2021, it’s been 5months Later and no delivery yet. I requested for a refund and was cajoled with a discount just as he did to NICK N in the previous comment below.

I was forced to come read the website review which I should have done before placing the order. I’m proceeding to the Police this week to make a formal complaints as well as process a fraud order refund with my bank. They requested for all conversation transcripts as they are a lot of previous charge back issues with tyres.co.za.

Please don’t ever BUY tyres here.

horrible experience. ordered 4 tyres end of jan 2021 listed as on stock on they're website, got them 6 weeks later because tyres.co.za didn't pay the fitment center so it turned out, got lied to multiple times, business ethics are zero.

Paid for a full set of tyres in June 2020. Seven months later and despite numerous and regular promises from the CEO - Mr Thomas Rundle, they have still not been delivered. And I cannot get a refund either.

Dealing with Thomas and his team was great. Very helpful. The only issue was the delivery was delayed, but all worked out in the end.

Would definitely use BardenTyres again.
