The car was good, shuttle not great
The car was good, but the staff when picking up the car used a lot of scare tactics to try to purchase their insurance when I already told them I had my own. Also, the pickup and drop off service with the shuttle buses took over 30 minutes each way waiting for staff despite only being 5 minutes away from the airport. That wait was a bit disappointing. Not sure I would use their shuttle service again.

Overall it was a good experience especially bringing the car back, no fuss, very easy! On collection there was a bit of confusion over the insurance - if you book through a third party watch out for that, better to book direct with car hire.

Thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience from booking online to the greeting from the friendly, helpful team at their site. The vehicle we drove off in was near new, quality, clean, full of the latest tech and extremely economical which is fantastic considering the current price of fuel. Pricing was also a key factor as Bargain hit the mark. Having that added freedom of being able to tour around the area at will was invaluable as there is so much to see and experience around Cairns and Port Douglas.
