The tracking of the shuttle bus didn’t work so we had no idea when or if we would be picked up. It’s all automated voice so you can’t call anyone. When we finally did get to the office it was total chaos and we had to wait while the car was cleaned.

Great customer service, prompt shuttle collection, easy administration for collection and well presented low cost car.

Staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The booking process was simple. The car was fantastic and very affordable. Pick up and drop off (before hours) was straightforward. Would recommend Bargain Cars to anyone.

This was first time I rented a car, so was suprised how seamless the whole thing was. The car we got was clean, new and ran perfectly. All in all very happy with the experience.

VERY POOR COMMUNICATION.I could not get through to the rental company on my phone. I used 2 other peoples phones to get through. I was instructed to leave a message with my phone number which I did. After 45 mins with no response I called an uber to get to their yard. Their courtesy bus pulled in behind us at the yard. When I asked the desk guy why no message, he said he had but did not listen to the message, he just replied to the number I had rung from but that person was long gone. Not much point having to leave a message if they can't be bothered listening to it.

Perfect pick-up at the airport and supplying a good cat

I didn't like being told, in a room full of customers, that I couldn't take the vehicle until my payment cleared in their account. There were 10 customers queuing and none of them were told that they would have to wait for their funds to clear. One manager even told me that I would have to make a 2nd payment as the 1st one hadn't 'cleared'. Do you have to wait for funds to clear before you can leave with your coffee/groceries/petrol. On my return I was told that I still owes them that payment when my bank clearly showed that it had been deducted. It was quite humiliating, to be honest, as I was made to feel that I was considered untrustworthy in a room full of strangers. The first 'manager' I spoke to, who told me I would have to make another payment was rude, terse and abrupt. Even the person who I spoke to at NAB at the time said it was 'disgusting customer service'.

Easy pick up. Friendly staff and very reasonable rates.

Made an online booking for 15 days.
System only allocated 5 days which would have turned a very good value quote to the most expensive online quote available. Requested refund of payment and to date not getting a customer service focused response.
No supervisor available to talk to me today but will call me back tomorrow. Hopefully I will get a reasonable response in which case I will be happy to amend this review!.

pick up was easy and efficient, the car was great and very clean.
Drop off needs improving, one has to go looking for someone to check the car.

All employees we had contact with were great - friendly and helpful, probably the best out of the three companies we used in this holiday.
Pick-up at the airport took much longer than expected, but we weren't in a hurry. The shuttle to the airport at drop-off very quick.
I think the policy lags behind bigger brands. Coverage is certainly not as good and you feel like you need to upgrade to the premium level to get the same cover when picking up the car, which I did When you have to pick-up in another area outside the airport this can make it seem like a trap. (I know it's not meant to be but it makes it feel that way) Our fault entirely, we need to read the fine print in future. Great service and comparable price, but let down a little with policy.

Very good up front service when collecting vehicle. upon returning vehicle staff member immediately inspected car and facilitated deletion of all car play records pertaining to our use. cost and economy of vehicle was most satisfactory.

Experience and car was great only slight issue was a strong butter chicken smell/curry 😂 sorted it out with an air freshener other than that it was perfect
