The booking process online was easy, and the process to collect and drop off the car was easy and short. The price was great value. The shuttle pick up from the airport could have been a bit quicker - we waited more than half an hour.

The girl on the counter wouldn't help me with on line check I told her I don't know how to do it she chose to put other people in front of me and she helped them straight away. Not happy and I was the first in the shop.

We arrived much earlier than intended and thought we would be waiting around for an hour! Luckily the representative found us a car immediately, explained it hadn’t been detailed but was clean and fuelled up.
