I am using bargain hardware for a couple of years. They are very professional, reactive and provide quality service alongside with good hardware. On top of that, prices are really really interesting. Servers and business equipment are the most interesting for me. I recommend them strongly.
Regarding the after sales service, they assist and are of a great help. They do not leave you without support and are looking forward to giving you the best service.

My company needed something fairly specific, so I spoke with the Team at BH, who were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Their web builder service online is excellent, really flexible and offers a wide range of cost and performance options. A machine was put together soon after, and available for collection 48 hours later. The machine itself is immaculate inside, looks like new and fits the bill perfectly. Thanks to BH, their great service allowed me to procure a powerful, fit-for-purpose machine, to my exact spec., at a fraction of the new cost. Will definitely return when we need to replace our other, outdated test rigs!

I had a problem with an airlock disk that I had ordered 6 months ago. I contacted them and they immediately offered to send me a new record with the same characteristics.

I ordered for over $1500 in 8 months, I had no problems with them. The equipment is in very good condition, it works perfectly and in case of problems their customer service is attentive and very competent.

I highly recommend Bargain Hardware for personal use or for small businesses with a low budget!

Very satisfied with this seller. I needed a server ASAP due to the malfunction of our previous one. It took only 24 hours from my order to shipment.

I needed a Dell r730xd chassis quick as I had a dead server. Didn't want to have to spend ages troubleshooting exact problem so I thought I would just swap out chassis + motherboard and cpu's. I picked up my boxed server with cpu's from the warehouse 2 hours later and was up and running again that day - incredible service, very good price and no messing me about with stuff I didn't want or need - just listened and got on with it - so good.

Very smooth ordering process - and great communication during the build and test - one small issue was very quickly resolved (there was a slight issue due to me trying to cram too much into the mini-desktop I was buying). The delivery was quicker than I expected and the unit was extremely well packaged with very robust bubble wrap.

My only very minor issue is that I did not realise the power brick needed a clover leaf style "c5" plug rather than the usual kettle one and I did not included a mains lead in my order - but that was on me for not knowing "C5" = clover, not kettle. After a deep rummage through my spare cables box I did find one!

System is now up and running perfectly. Would definitely recommend these guys.

The site is very solid on its own (prevents misconfiguration, saves you tons of time and headaches to make sure everything works together) and the prices fair; but what really made the difference to me was the tech support – that really makes me comfortable purchasing from BH again.

Had an issue with a failed hard drive. Called Bargain Hardware Support who were excellent!
Within minutes we had confirmed my issue and arranged for a fresh hard drive to be delivered.
I later called back to verify the physical swap procedure and again received prompt and accurate advice.
It's difficult to imagine how the process could have been any better.

I bought a HP DL360p G8 1U homelab server from Bargain Hardware and the shipping went great, it was well packed and worked as expected however one of the two cpu's died a couple of days later. I contacted the costumer support and was met by an actual person and not one of those automatic response that never get you anywhere. I wrote to them on a weekend but after the weekend they were quick to respond and help me through the issue. After some tests they asked me to do, it got confirmed it was the cpu, they gave me a couple of options since the original cpu that came with this server was out of stock and I choose to get 2 different replacement cpu's for the server. At the time I write this review the cpu's has been shipped with tracking and the shipping fee and import fee has/will be taken care of Bargain Hardware. I am super satisfied with the support and I will 100% return to Bargain Hardware on my next purchase of servers/switches.

No matter what, the guys from Bargain do their best to satisfy the customer.
