Seamless buying and delivery process.
The parcel was delivered in 48 h., even with the standard delivery, in perfect conditions.
The meat, suckling lamb, was still perfectly frozen when delivered.
The meat was of excellent quality and true to the quality advertised.
I will used Basco again for sure.

Had an issue with received order. No phone answer so left message. No returned call that i or next day. Second time it has happened but woint be a third time

I have been buying from Basco for a while now and always been very happy with the service. First of all I can buy authentic Spanish produce not readily available at the supermarket with great quality and reasonable prices but it's also important that they offer good service. I put in my latest order in the afternoon, it was dispatched later in the afternoon and arrived next morning. I can be confident about fast delivery and any chilled or frozen products will arrive well packaged and can go straight in my fridge or freezer.

It went wrong!. My order with chilled food was not only delivered to the wrong house number, but also to a the wrong street (thank you dpd).

Can't fault Basco, Customer service quickly tried to remedy the problem and when dpd decided not to correct the issue they were happy to initiate a full refund.

The full refund was received within a few days.

ordered in the past, great foo. However, website is terrible, so slow, and when i can to order, I logged on as an existing client, but I must fill in all my details again. So tedious.
then I came to check out, and they wanted £8.50 for up to 5 day delivery, really!! I emptied my basket

I have bought churros from this company all the churros i have purchased were broken in to pieces and i cannot serve these goods to my customers even doe i have emailed them continuously they are ignoring my mails i have photo proof this company shi!! and they are not professionals with their job absolutely no customer service whatsoever i have put 8 boxes of churros in the bin

unfortunately some chilled food arrived not adequately packed and at room temperature. When I notified Basco they were not keen to sort the problem out even though it was for a tiny percentage of the order. Shame to have poor customer service from a company with great products.

A true taste of Spain. Everything we ordered was tasty, the cured meats, olives, cheese, pork. The Iberico pork is Devine, we liked the recipe ideas on the website. We followed the recipe for the Iberico pork on the website and we were not disappointed. The croquettes are also a must, some of the best I’ve had.

Ordered for next-day delivery and arrived as expected. Very well packed and quality products as usual. The selection online is excellent.

Edited after reply: realising that the delivery would not arrive that day was frustrating but I appreciate their customer service was sympathetic and tried to provide the best possible experience and solution given the circumstances. They reacted quick. I raise my rating to reflect that but unfortunately I cannot score them higher as the unintentional misleading info put me under a lot of pressure to find alternatives for my event.

I ordered from Bascofinefoods as I had good experience in the past and paid the Priority as it is mentioned at their webpage that is next day delivery except weekends and bank-holiday. I was expecting the shipping to arrive on Monday (normal working day) but I have been told that would not be possible. I am supposedly getting a refund but now I have few hours to come up with an alternative for my evening event. Really disappointed on how they let me down; I had good experience with them in the past.
