Booked in today for a new van unit enabling Car Play.

Bassman was brilliant initially through communication, sourcing me what I wanted, with a great low price given and was quick in replying and getting me an appointment.

On visiting him today, Bassman instantly was honest and reliable stating I didn’t need a new unit where my unit already had the capability of having Apple Car Play. Instead of ripping me off and fitting me the new unit when I didn’t need one, he was open and honest informing me I just needed a new data cable to enable my phone to pair with my current unit (bit embarrassing my end).

Thinking I’ve wasted Bassmans time, he sourced me a cable and got my unit working saving me hundreds.

A top quality nice guy where he could not easily ripped me off but didn’t. Not many people like him.

I picked up my first ever camper van yesterday and today I took it to Good Vibes for a new head unit so I could have Android Auto and a reverse camera fitted. I'm really pleased with it, but my main reason for writing this post was because I was so surprised to actually be involved in the whole 5 hours of the install. I had a great day from start to finish and it was so interesting to see panels off, trim up, dashboard in bits. Picked up loads of tips which will be handy and what tools are needed. He also helped me put some draw wire in so I can easily pull some cables through the dash for my next couple of little jobs I have planned.

I could have gone to the shops and come back to a completed job but I was actually told on arrival it would be interesting and informative.

His working standards were very high and there wasn't any time when I thought he was taking shortcuts to save time. For the full 5 hours he didn't stop and I was extremely surprised how much work was involved.

This was a really good introduction to my van and what's what's involved when fitting a head unit and cables. I would definitely recommend this chap.

I would highly recommend Bassman! The experience was everything you would want (and should expect). Les was really straight forward to deal with, he was up front with costs and options which really helped me because I had little prior knowledge of car audio. He came to me on a Sunday morning and it took a couple of hours to fit an under seat subwoofer, he explained everything and carried out a fully professional install. The costs were reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending him should someone be looking for an audio specialist. Thank you Les, top man.

Great communication and great service. Les came and home fit a Pioneer Apple CarPlay unit to a 2006 MX5. Clearly knowledgeable … all required components .. facia plates radio and aerials and microphone fit seamlessly together and work beautifully. A really nice guy too!
