First and foremost, the coffee is fantastic! After that, communication and issue resolution is top notch. The brew guides and extra info on how to get the best out of the beans and the provenance is exceptional. Having brand new coffee every single delivery does so much for my overall appreciation, and understandingof coffee in general. And I can't mention this enough, the coffee is incredible!

I think we are very quick to leave a negative review because it’s easy to let your frustrations out. Leaving a positive review doesn’t feel as impactful as you just hope everyone just buys the product because it’s great. So I figured I would rather support the business and share my experience than just assume everyone knows about Batch. This is a company that is run by actual humans, based here in the city that care deeply about their product and this shines through in every part of the experience. They are a local run business supporting local roasters and caring for the producers of the bean. It’s just very cool. If you want superb coffee, selected by superb people and you get to support a young couple and their team as the bring an exceptional product at a ridiculously good price, just go with Batch. My only wish is that they’d include a wee note for troglodytes like me that really have no idea what notes they are meant to be tasting. Do yourself a favour and give their tester box a try. You will be a fan and a customer the minute your have your first cup. Pretty confident that id put my own money on it.

Apart from the easy ordering, the coffee was tasty and had a moreish flavour.

Love the selection of coffee put together by batch. Its great having 2 different options for coffee! Going back and forth between beans, noticing the differences is just such a great experience and batch coffee do this perfectly with every box. Highly recommend!

The Coffee itself is fine but too expensive for 200g bags and it was not exceptional where i wouldn't mind the extra money. Sorry. Reply to your reply. I never buy beans from a supermarket, always from independent roasters and always cheaper than what you charge and, in a lot of cases, tastier than what i received from you.

Excellent decaf coffee. Worth the price to get something different delivered each month. That is way more flavourful than the decaf in supermarkets. Being able to choose the type of grind is cool too (e.g. Aeropress).

After searching for a company who could provide ethical, clean and great tasting coffee, Batch Coffee has come up trumps. Super service, quick correspondence for questions asked and most importantly, amazing coffee. The coffee subscription is definitely worth it and is great to receive regularly.

This is fantastic way to explore coffee. Initially got this as a gift for 6 deliveries and decided to subscribe. One round it could be a slightly darker roast from Colombia paired with light fruity roast from Ethiopia, to be followed by something absolutely else the other time.

Love that the coffee comes from different roaster every time with a link for their website so if I like something more than anything else, I can order directly, or explore their range.

The roasteries seem to be selected with a thought, always independent place, often small story about the bean growers.

I enjoyed my experience with Batch Coffee. The beans were excellent and make a good espresso. I like my coffee with a third whole milk. Cappuccino style. The service was also first rate. On that basis, I will shop with them again.

Really great coffee delivered and super friendly staff if ever I had a request! The coffee I went for was decaf and they found some really lovely ones, that were as good as caffeinated! They curated speciality coffee for the decaf world and I am so grateful!!
