We needed to return the radiator we had purchased. Nothing wrong with it just not what we wanted.

As far as I can tell, everything is fine. Everything is still in boxes as plastering and plumbing hasn't been done yet. I will ammend when it is finished. Ordering and delivery were simple and straight forward.

A wouldn’t give this company any stars it’s an absalute shambles of a company all they do is mess u about constant and no one has a clue who you chat to and there delivery department are one of the worst I have seen the states of my items when delivered and the handling of my goods also wasn’t professional at all.
I ordered items on the 6th of July and it’s now the 24th and still awaiting items so please stay clear of this company or you will end up in the same situation as myself will never recommend or use this company ever for my bathrooms buisness

Avoid if you need your materials on time

I placed an order on Tuesday and paid for next-day delivery, expecting everything to arrive on Wednesday. Unfortunately, only half of the order turned up.

I rearranged the delivery for the following day, but exactly the same thing happened again. This put my bathroom installation behind schedule, costing me both time and money. I was then promised the remaining items would definitely arrive on Friday. Unsurprisingly, they didn’t.

To make matters worse, I was then told I’d receive a phone call from the courier within 48 hours. That’s no help when I’ve already delayed a customer’s job and I’m supposed to be working away next week.

As a busy heating engineer and plumber, I rely on suppliers delivering when they say they will. Delays like this have a knock-on effect on my customers and my business.

The frustrating part is this isn’t the first time. Every order I’ve placed with Bathroom Mountain has had delivery issues. I let the first and second occasions slide, thinking they were just unlucky, but it’s now become a pattern.

I won’t be using Bathroom Mountain again and wouldn’t recommend them to any tradesperson who needs reliable deliveries.

I had to make a damage claim for a broken toilet pan, and Minahil dealt with this very promptly and a replacement was delivered within 24 hours. Excellent service by Minahil.

Second time purchasing from this site. Fair prices, easy site to navigate and great service.

I had a faulty bathroom mixer tap , it was over a year old . I e mailed bathroom mountain to tell them the problem. After a few e mails and a video , I was sent a replacement . Very good. Customer service and i would definitely buy from them

Haven’t fitted parts yet so can’t comment, however there were a couple of issues with delivery but was immediately solved and still delivered on the day. Just not at the time stated.
