Staff, every one of them so very helpful at the Milton Keynes store. We purchased all our bathroom items from here and when the bath came with a small chip they expedited a very quick replacement. We've had excellent service from from Simon, Pete, Alfie and especially Rob who couldn't have been more helpful in his role. I would highly recommend this company as their products are good quality and v great value for for money.

Poor service and miss advertising
Probably fine ordering from store but do not order online as they sell packages where the wall mount taps do not clear the bath. When you try to re order the correct taps the only ones that fit are considerably more expensive and the only thing that they could do was to refund the delivery (which if correct product was supplied wouldn't be a cost)
As you can tell not happy.

Fantastic Products, Superfast Delivery and Amazing Customer Care
A great experience from start to finish. Ordered a full bathroom suite and it literally arrived the following day. Everything was great quality and at a very reasonable price.
Wanted to return a couple of unused items and got an instant response from Haider in Customer Services, even though it was the weekend. So helpful and accommodating - nothing was a bother and such an easy process, resolved straight away. Having owned an online company, Customer Care is at the heart of the business and the most important aspect to get right and Haider was perfect, a clear asset to Bathroom Mountain - thank you so much.

What a Great Service I had from them, all items arrived on time, delivery drivers took all items upstairs & waited until checked before leaving. Kept up to date by email on tracking etc. Such a Positive Experience, so Regret I didnt place my shower door order with them, chose A Very Known Company, advertises widely, WORST DECISION I MADE 🫠 Online Service Only, told be 12 to 72hrs we'll get back to you..Several Days On..still waiting 🤦♀️
