Fast delivery and great product as specified in the description. Ordered a towel rail for the bathroom and it was easy to install and looks amazing!

My experience was exceptional. I visited the Basildon showroom and was assisted by Bailey. I purchased furniture and sink/toilet + all taps, shower heads etc. The quality of the items were really good (even my fitter said the quality was great). The items were delivered on the agreed date, the delivery men called me 15 mins before delivery, carried all of the items into the flat and removed the sink/toilet out of packaging to ensure it wasn’t damaged. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Lovely shower screen that has elevated our bathroom nicely. Delivered quickly and the friendly and courteous delivery guy made sure it was safely stored indoors.

One of our items wasn't delivered and she provided prompt and genuine support to rectify the order. Not a perfect delivery, but stabilised the customer experience.

Quick delivery. sink did arrive damaged but issue was dealt with promptly by Minahil who sorted a replacement over the bank holiday weekend and another sink was delivered within 3 days.

I received a money off email just after I placed my order. I received a swift response from Haider in customer service confirming that a credit had been applied to my card. I am equally impressed with the speed of delivery that in my case was offered for the next day. All things considered, this was a superb service all round and I am very experienced at the level of service and competitive price.

Delivery in 2 days and price excellent . Really pleased with sink and drawer base but some damage to back of base unit hence 4 stars instead of 5 but would definitely buy from them again. Didn’t return item as hoping damage won’t be seen .
