Worth a visit to the showroom to make decisions
Great selection, seems to be good quality (although time will tell), and reasonably priced too. It’s definitely worth visiting their showrooms to see the range for yourself. Delivery was quick as well. Overall, a very positive experience.

Damaged mirror replaced with no difficulties
Was expecting a difficult conversation with Bathroom Mountain after receiving my new mirror for my new bathroom. We checked the mirror once it was delivered and it appear to have no damage. But once installed and the LED light was switched on the frosting under the glass in the top corner was damaged. This could not be seen until it was switched on the the protective film taken off. I contacted Bathroom Mountain via the chat function and expected to have difficulties in securing a replacement as I did not report damage within 48 hours of delivery. However, this was not the case, once photos were uploaded I was offered a replacement to be delivered the following day. Excellent customer service and response to my issue.

Definitely recommend Bathroom Mountain
Bathroom Mountain have been really good for our bathroom refit. Everything seems to be good value and has been delivered super quickly. When I had to get in touch about something I had an excellent response from Waliya from customer services, who sorted the problem right away.
