I decided I didn’t like a product I bought, I felt it wasn’t as good quality as I expected. But they were so good and were happy to do an exchange for another mirror. It probably was a preference in term of quality, but I really appreciated the quick service and turnaround for helping me choose another product.

I’ve bought before and I will again. It was lovely to be emailing a real person too rather than AI!!

Customer Service responsive, I wasn't on hold for long. After the portal hadn't worked twice for me Sammi answered the call, gave me the CS email address and talked me through what to do. Within 8 minutes a new order had been processed and the delivery day that I requested confirmed. Exceptional service from Sammi late in the day.

The customer service I received from Kerry was faultless! Part of my order was broken and a piece missing but it was all resolved really smoothly and quickly. Kerry also went the extra mile to follow up when my form I needed to submit hadn't come through. Really pleased with my purchase and would definitely use again. Went to buy everything for our new ensuite and bathroom at Bathroom Mountain Stoke. We had THE most helpful girl who ordered everything for us (maybe Chloe?). All delivered on time by friendly drivers. Couldn't be happier with the service, the price and the quality 🤗

Kelsey and Waleed were great helping us sort out an out of stock tap in time for the plumber to fit it - I am very grateful to both of them. I'd also like to give a shout out to the staff at the Cardiff showroom who were excellent in the earlier stages of planning our bathroom project, and the coffee and kids area were really helpful in getting us to choose bathroom mountain - because we had the time to properly look!

I had a faulty product and was asked to provide video evidence of the nature of the fault. I sent this and the replacement was arranged by Minahil to be sent on a next day delivery. Very good customer service in my opinion

Narish was great at helping me to add another item to my order, I didn't think I would be able to do it so absolutely thrilled with the great customer service. ive brought most things from bathroom mountain recently for 2 bathrooms that im renovating.

3rd time using Bathroom Mountain! Not only are the products great quality at superb value for money (no other retailer could compete on price), but also when i have had issue or problems, these have always bee sorted quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't use anywhere else :0)

Very easy and delivery was on time with no issues.

Unfortunately, I cannot give more than 1 star. This is a company where, if you return something, you have to arrange it yourself and pay for it.

So my recommendation is avoid!! Use Screwfix, which they come collect the item for free. Use also B&Q, which has a lot of shops where you can return items. Use Amazon, which is the most amazing company and collect also for free. But avoid this. It is a real pain to have to return a big item. Totally useless experience.

Besides that, the website is terrible. It doesn´t recognise one of my orders and, to log in, it has given me a lot of issues. It sends you a magic link that never arrives, etc. Not worth the experience. Not at all. I am so sad to have used this company.
