Faulty
Delivery was fast .. product well packaged .. was told to check for faults before signing for delivery. Everything appeared fine. However a few weeks later when the mirror was installed - there was a lot of messy resin/sealant around the mirror .. you can only see this when the mirror is turned on IE- wired into the wall. Scared to try and remove the resin incase it damaged the frosting .. but I also signed the delivery to say NO FAULTS. Disappointed.. but sometimes you just don't know until something is wired up and working.

New dream bathroom.
Ordering really easy. Delivery super-quick with great delivery guys and on time/date promised. Problem with one item, damaged before it arrived with me but after a quick phone call, item was here the following day. Products well packaged and now all installed. We are super-happy with the quality/ how it all looks. The 180 x 80 tray is a definite winner with the clear glass panel. Now have an amazing walk-in shower and so simple to keep clean. Already recommended your products to a couple of people who are in the process of ordering. Highly recommend for all round for 5🌟 service. Thanks

Absolute mission critical!
Absolute mission critical! The shower tray was fitted and the cover could not be found anywhere despite the photo evidence.
The plumber is coming back next week to finish and this was a missing piece.
Muhammed ensured that the missing piece was replaced as one was found in the warehouse and delivered the next day!

Great Customer Service
Absolutely first class customer service. Buying bathroom items can be stressful when buying ready for a fitter. I made a mistake in the size of a shower panel I ordered and did not realise until I checked the item after delivery. I got in touch via the live chat and although they do not do exchanges, a collection was arranged within minutes.
I will re order the screen once the fitter is on site to confirm what will/won't fit.
Thank you Caitlin for swiftly solving what would have been an expensive mistake.
