Had an issue with my order, the mail element wasn’t delivered. Had to ring up and sort it out. Junaid was helpful and got it sorted for me, although his system went down whilst doing it so was on hold for 20 minutes, but got it done eventually so sorted my issue

Hello, I had a problem with size and delivery time of my order and admittedly some of this was my fault.A member of your staff a very helpful lady called(MUQADDIS) was unbelievably helpful, patient and polite and very informative and can't praise her enough!

Products are ok for the price but total fiasco regarding delivery.

All products were supposed to be delivered, they were all in stock, two days before plumber arrived.
After numerous phone calls and emails we had 5 deliveries over two weeks before everything arrived…nightmare 😬
Probably best to order way in advance as long as you have space to store it all!

Sajeel was very helpful in changing my delivery date and putting one out of stock item on back order for me. Would highly recommend the customer services.

Shocking from start to finish,you can read up on the problems we had with this order from your customer service agents...and then not having any radiators in stock that we wanted was just a joke.Never shop with you again,and will be advising others not to as well.I would like this escalated to your ceo.All we have had back is the original cost of the radiator and no compensation,as we can't wait around for you to get radiators in stock.

Placed an order online, easy to navigate. Ordered a Bluetooth, back-lit mirror. Delivered within a couple of days. Very happy with quality and how it looks. Thanks Bathroom Mountain. Would definitely recommend.

I have to say that the experience I had with Bathroom Mountain has been incredible. Lauren and also Gina but especially Lauren have been amazing at listening to my concerns and looking for a solution in no time.

The products are great, sturdy and of a great quality (I ordered shower full enclosure, shower tray, toilet, basin, cabinet with mirror, and other bits and everything looks fantastic.

But what trully stands out in this company is their people, their customer services is outstanding, probably much better than John Lewis. I have never received such prompt responses and with such efficiency!

Regarding delivery, this is also amazing. It all arrived the next day of ordering which is a rare find in the UK and two men delievered everything with a smile and left it inside the house. Thanks so much for all your help!

An organization of high professional standards offering competitive pricing.

I had an issue with a Dellilah LED mirror I purchased from Bathroom Mountain. Unfortunately, it stopped working exactly 12 months after purchase, so it was just outside the one-year warranty period.

I contacted Bathroom Mountain and was fortunate enough to deal with Kelsey. She took the time to review the issue and the video I provided and, despite the mirror technically being outside the warranty period, arranged a replacement as a gesture of goodwill.

I was genuinely impressed by how helpful, understanding and accommodating Kelsey was throughout. The replacement was delivered promptly, and I have now installed it and can confirm that it is working perfectly.

It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, particularly when a company isn’t strictly obliged to provide a replacement. Kelsey made the whole process straightforward and hassle-free, and I really appreciate the effort she made to resolve the issue.

Had issue with product thats only 3 months old emailed BM this morning they responded within an hour and replacement is arriving in 2 days free of charge excellent customer service

We ordered pretty much everything for our two bathrooms from Bathroom Mountain and absolutely love the quality and look of everything. We’re so happy with how both bathrooms have turned out.

The customer service has also been absolutely outstanding. I’ve had to contact them a couple of times with queries, and most recently regarding an issue with the returns window. Minahil dealt with this so promptly and was incredibly helpful and understanding, which I really appreciated.

Such a positive experience from both the products and the customer service. I’ll definitely be recommending Bathroom Mountain and would happily order from them again!

He made the whole process so easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how quickly he sorted everything out for me.
