Had a problem with my order not going through. Called the number for customer service and spoke to Mussab who was extremely helpful and got everything sorted for me, even refunding me the discount as a new customer I missed out on with the website glitching. Thank you for great customer service!

I’m giving them 5 stars because of their great customer service care , I had a damaged delivery and the way the handled it was fantastic

No quibble on cancelling, music to my ears!
Spoke to Saba, customer service today. I hated to cancel the order but the Client had chosen another bathroom cabinet. Alas, they are always right!
Bathroom Mountain confirmed cancellation and promised a refund within days - no quibble - no explanation as to why I cancelled. Would definitely recommend this outstanding company.

Poor service from bathroom mountain
I have been trying to order some showers for weeks now. The website says that these particular showers are out of stock, but gives a date when they are expected to be back in stock. The date which they are expected to be back in stock keeps changing. Today, the website shows that the showers are back in stock, but won't allow me to order them. After contacting customer services, I have been told that they are still not in stock.
I have many customers waiting for their jobs to be finished. We can't wait indefinitely for bathroom mountain to get their act together, so I will be using a different company from now.
Awful service from bathroom mountain, I would recommend using a different company to anyone who is purchasing bathrooms.

Great Company with Great Customer Service
Called customer services, as our toilet pan had unfortunately broken in transit to the delivery company. Charlotte was friendly and apologetic (despite it not being Bathroom Mountain’s fault!), and delivered a swift solution whilst I was on the phone. A new, undamaged pan was delivered just two days after the call. A great company, who I have shopped with a number of times, with great customer service.
