Valve arrived broken but Waliya refunded the money promptly.

Very helpful and knowledgable staff in a no pressure showroom with excelent displays to make choices easy to visualise.

Our initial visit resulted in us finding exactly the right tiles from the huge selection available for our project at a very very good price.
A subsequent phone call after we ran out of tiles was met with great efficiency and we received the extras needed first thing the next day.
On both occasions the attention and service we received were excellent without being overbearing. Very impressed all round and would not hesitate to recommend very highly. Thank you Tile Mountain of Hull.

I have got a towel radiator from Bathroom Mountain. It was delivered the next day, everything was well packed, and the radiator looked great. Well worth it.

What can I say! My first impression was very positive. I ordered a bathroom suit to the appropriate value of £2000.00 as the website was professional and informative, This is where it started to go wrong. The delivered on time by two men in a van! I made a point in signing the delivery not as not checked as I was not comfortable standard of the delivery. This turned out to be correct! To clarify the bath, vanity unit, radiator, and all the accessories taps and waste were all installed by our plumber in a reasonable time. However when the plumber got round to installing the toilet and cistern it was noticed that there was a broken part in the cistern. 4-5 weeks had passed by then. I contacted Bathroom Mountain’s customer service and explained the situation. My response was sorry we can’t help you but if you want a new cistern they would offer a discount price. For something that I had already purchased. I feel disappointed in BM and won’t be using them again. There are other companies out there that offer the same service and better customer service.

The vanity unit was deluvered very quick and quality.

Gina was fantastic in supporting us when a product was faulty. She organised a new replacement product immediately and also contributed to the installation of the item too.
