We had some issues with a shower tray that was not suitable for my elderly mother. Iqra helped with a return and after a little negotiation on my part Iqra was accommodating on the replacement delivery and costs.

Haider was very responsive, recognized the issue from the order placed and quickly found a solution by sourcing the replacement item and arranging for a speedy delivery.

I recently ordered a sink cabinet radiator and various accessories. The cabinet had a manufacturing defect slight mark but BM replaced it right away next day delivery. The radiator ordered too big so that plus fittings returned. All refunded promptly. Great service from the team and wouldn’t hesitate to use again and recommend.

Spoke to Saba Fatima about items I needed to order , Saba was very helpful, listening to all what I was saying and needed, Saba was very polite , helpful and couldn’t do enough to help me get the full order that I needed.

Avoid at all costs!!
We placed an order for nearly 2k early July in the cardiff showroom with Louise who was helpful and reassured us it's cheaper to place in store than online. We placed the order and then had to await for 3 products to come back into stock. All of the products purchased arrived after the 'BIGGEST EVER SALE, UPTO 50% OFF' had launched online, which meant we had lost £376.48 by paying full price in store.

The bath (which we paid £589.99 for and is now £383.49) arrived damaged as well as 2 other products in the delivery so I reported these damages on the portal. I had no acknowledgement of the 2 larger items replacements, including the bath. I then visited the store branch and spoke to Mo the manager and surprisingly despite ordering in store they had a laminated phone number that we had to ring for the logistics department who 'would sort this out asap', which leads me to believe this is a very common problem. It's also frustrating that as we went to the effort of purchasing in store that the store wouldn't support us to internally get the issue resolved.

We rang the logistics number and they agreed to collect the damaged bath and 2 other items and drop off the replacements at the same time. We placed the bath and other items in the original packaging and awaited the delivery drivers who on arrival on Tuesday said 'we're just collecting not delivering so ring the logistics number'. My husband rang the number straight away and was told the replacements would be delivered the following day, Wednesday. Wednesday morning we didn't receive a delivery text so by the afternoon my husband again rang the logistics number and they said 'oh it's not coming today, it's coming tomorrow'. Thursday. the third day in a row we've waited in for the delivery and no sign so we ring again and are told the same thing, 'it's coming tomorrow' which leads us to today (4th day of waiting in) friday. Again we rang up, the logistics team put us through to the bathroom mountain team, who then put us through to the showroom. They've said 'oh it's coming tomorrow' which after waiting in for 4 days is simply not good enough and we have plans.

If you're on a scheduled with workmen don't bother looking at bathroom mountain as they're filled with empty promises from the get go!!

Order process straightforward, good arrived promptly and were in excellent condition. Process for installing simple and the mirror looks fab - really elevates the bathroom and works well. Thank you!
