I stumbled upon this company online by total luck, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The bathroom mirror cupboard is fantastic quality and came at a very competitive price point compared to everything else I looked at.

Ordered various items from Mountain Bathroom which were delivered today. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong type of toilet so contacted customer support. I got through to MUNEEZA who was absolutely fantastic.
She sorted out my problem and was very professional and polite.
The whole experience from purchasing to delivery, which was very quick has been great.

Double sink and cupboards are lovely but the two pop up plugs are cheap and plastic. I have had to purchase different ones.

A very responsive company to deal with. I had a query about delivery and Sami from the customer care team was absolutely amazing at sorting it out. I’d happily deal with them again as the prices are fair and the team lovely to deal with. I’d say this is good old fashioned service of the highest order.

Ordered a basin and tall cabinet, which were promptly dispatched.
Unfortunately, upon arrival, I realised there were some scratches, possibly due to transport.
As the delivery was on Saturday after 5pm, I could not contact the customer service via phone, but could only email them.
My initial message did not get a reply until, 10 days later, I chased for one.
Kelsey from customer service has then dealt promptly and efficiently with my query, arranging for a replacement to be sent the very next day.
Overall, the furniture is nice and modern and good value for money. Customer service is helpful, but may need to act on email/ queries a bit more quickly.

Had an issue with my order but the live chat was easy and quick and Waleed resolved my problem very quickly and was understanding and polite. Despite this issue I will definitely shop here again as customer service is spot on and they resolve issues immediately.
