Ordered quite a bit for en suite quick delivery had to return 2 items and was refunded swiftly

I’ve ordered several items from Bathroom Mountain while renovating my bathroom and have been really pleased with the overall quality and service. Delivery has always been quick, and whenever I’ve had a query, the team have been helpful and efficient. Minahil specifically resolved my most recent query very quickly and was understanding and helpful throughout. Really positive experience overall and I would happily order from Bathroom Mountain again.

Whilst I do shop online with them and the products have all turned out to be fine I can’t give 5 stars after a visit to the Stockton branch. Empty showroom, two men sitting at a desk talking about football — and not a word from either of them.

I was left to wander around completely unacknowledged. Their manner was also quite intimidating, and I actually wondered afterwards whether they were security rather than sales staff.

Not exactly the welcoming, helpful showroom experience you’d expect when you’re looking to spend money. Won’t be back.

The shower tray has a bow in it. The sides and front are level so as per instructions spirit levels used on side, front and back but the bow is is the middle to rear so quite a lot of water runs out on the floor. This has been discovered after installation, so all tiles, grouting shower screen installed and now all has to be removed. Bathroom mountain have been sent a video and replied asking if a "pooling test" was completed, whats that was my reply and now not heard anything. My advice is don't buy your tray from them, I might have been unlucky but some customer service would be nice! A very angry and out of pocket customer!

Long delivery time and they lost one of the items- when I asked where is it, they said it’s somewhere in Northampton but no one know where.

Thanks Sammi for sorting out the delivery issue we had with our towel rail. Problem sorted quickly with great communication to resolve the issue.

Purchased shower panels and trims. The trims and panels were not compatible with each other which caused delay and additional costs when having the bathroom fitted. The store doesn’t sell compatible trims with the panels I purchased.

The Plymouth Store Manager will not return calls, arrange for the mid-sold product to be collected and refunded or offer any compensation for the additional costs additional costs incurred.

I would avoid this store and go to a professional bathroom company who know their products.

Received a shower that was damaged in delivery. Customer service agent Minahil was very helpful and sorted out a replacement despite us having missed the small print about reporting delivery damage within 48hrs (we didn't open it until 5 days after receiving it).
Excellent customer service that would encourage me to use them again in the future. Thank you.
