The Worst! You will be out money.

Unfortunately, I did not check trust pilot before I purchased batteries for my mobility scooter. The first review I read when I opened it today had the same issues I had. I found the batteries that I needed on their website. I even called and checked about the terminals because the picture did not align with the look of the batteries that were in the scooter to begin with. I was assured that sometimes the pictures are not accurate to the particular item that is listed, and that if it is listed with the right terminals, it is the right battery and it is the right size. I received the battery only one not too as I had ordered in a reasonable amount of time. Try to replace them, but as I said, there was only one battery available. The shipping box was in terrible condition. There was no shipping papers and included. When I learned that the battery was not able to be attached to the mobility scooter I immediately called and spoke to a person on the phone whom I am up to believe is the only person that works at this company. I think it’s like a dropship situation where they just have a person on a computer and then they schedule batteries to be shipped from somewhere else because I was told I was speaking to someone in California the battery was shipped from Illinois and when I returned it, they said that I should return it to an address in Maryland. The battery was not the correct one, but he argued and argued with me that it was I said nonetheless I need two for my scooter and you only sent one he insisted I send pictures I sent pictures and pictures and pictures and pictures and he still acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. I shipped it back at a cost of over $40 to the address he gave me to do returns. I had paid initially $27 approximately for shipping to be delivered to me after it was returned and after I sent two more emails he finally sent a refund to my PayPal account only to learn that he was only refunding the cost of the actual batteries nothing for shipping and handling and they refused to cover the cost of the return shipping so I ended up paying as much for just shipping back-and-forth to end up with nothing as it would have caused me to buy the two batteries outright. Luckily I was able to get the batteries that I needed at a local business unfortunately, they were much more expensive partially because they were a different type of battery and partially because of the retail space that this company uses I would run far far away from this company this man who signs everything Matthew as I said, I spoke to him on the phone a few times and it was the same person all the time. I’m fairly sure that this is just one person running this Shoddy business.

No Refund & No Help

We ordered a set of batteries for my wheelchair based on the specifications listed on the company’s website, which claimed they were a compatible replacement. They were not. The batteries did not fit, and I contacted the company immediately to initiate a return. They provided return labels, and we shipped the batteries back within days.

I was told I would receive a refund once the items were returned. The batteries were delivered to their location (as confirmed by UPS), yet I still have not received my refund—over $350. I’ve followed up with clear proof of delivery and have demanded my money back, but have received no response.

This is completely unacceptable. Failing to issue a refund after receiving returned merchandise is not just bad customer service—it’s dishonest.

Snake Oil Salesman

Installed their battery into my Jump n Carry Jnc 660 which showed it had weak charge. Tried to charge it for 24 hours and it never came out of "charging mode". I called customer service and all I got was a load of double speak. Lesson learned i.e. always check with Better Business Bureau first. They gave Battery Rush a negative rating.

Great service 👌 As promised, the technician was there within the hour and had my car battery replaced! I was back on the road in no time. Would definitely call again when needed.
