I still have not received my battery cause it wasn’t sent to my apartment, where I usually get mail, it was sent to some USPS box and even with a tracking number it doesn’t say tinwhat post office. I emailed Batteryshatk and all they gave me was the tracking number. So what do you think my report is for battery shark?

the battery i got works after i cut the terminal brackets off my old battery and added the hardware to attach them to the battery sharks battery i'll be more careful in the future in verifying what i order is what i think it is.

Counting motorcycles, ATV’s, generators / inverters, my brothers and I have purchased 9 batteries from BatterySharks over the past few years.
Zero problems EVER, and they simply outlast the overpriced Yuasa batteries we always previously bought.

I know the holidays and delays but the order never showed up in my account nor anyway to actually track the order besides informed delivery. item was ordered on Wednesday didn't ship until following Monday. that's five days count every day it took one week from Henderson Nevada one week. yeah right.

Today is the 30th of November, I order a battery on the 21st of November. I have had Google and Batterysharks both ask for reviews. Why? I can't find a shipment? The system a USPS only says a label was made. But says nothing of a shipment. Is it still sitting there? Have you overlook the fact it needs to go out - to be received.
You did not have that problem receiving the payment from PayPal. It came out of my personal account on the 23rd. Why would you want a review if I didn't get a battery ( shipment?) Sure hope you find it. I call in the morning. If need be I can contract PayPal too.

They have been very honest and very fast getting your supplies to you I have been ordering batteries from them about eight years I have never had a problem they are always cheaper than anyone else

My only disappointment was the time from order to delivery was extended due to local warehouse inventory deficiency on one item I ordered, delaying the entire shipment. I trust that the shipping cost was lower by my combining two items onto a singe order?
