Nothing wrong with the ordering process…
Nothing wrong with the ordering process or the product but the use of Evri as the delivery courier resulted in a 'lost' parcel.
This eventually appeared from somewhere after complaints.
Hence the 3 stars.

Black wrap top
It was the first time I had shopped with Baukjen and the first top I have bought that is a wrap top. I was extremely pleased with the look and the fit. Your service was also excellent. I am now waiting for new stock to buy the same top in navy.

My purchase arrived in a very attractive parcel. I was very reluctant to return. When I saw this dress I thought it looked very good quality. It didn’t disappoint and the colour was beautiful. Unfortunately it didn’t sit right on my chest and I decided to return. The return process was very straight forward and I took it to the post office to return by Royal Mail. Great service.

Where do I start, firstly, a phone number, a person, a person who apologised for getting it wrong and sending out a replacement straight away, didn't have to wait till I returned the problem item. Quality of the top is incredible, feels good, is pure cotton, can't wait for the cooler weather to arrive so I can wear it.
