Site info was clear with accurate dimensions. The bbq cover arrived promptly and well packaged. Can’t fault the quality of the material or the overall fit. Well pleased.

Good quality products and speedy delivery. Good customer service, you can speak to a real people and they provided good latest update for my enquiry. Only gave 4 star was one of the items delivered slightly later than estimated without heads-up but customer service was great to sorted out with no time.

The wrong products were linked to the BBQ as recommended, so I ended up buying something unsuitable for the BBQ. The first person I spoke to was very unhelpful and denied the issue. In fairness, the second person was very good but to top it off, the BBQ was dented on the side. I’d assembled the entire thing before noticing and really could not see you accepting it was not my fault so am living with it I can honestly assure you the damage was not caused whilst in my possession. NO need to contact me about this situation as the BBQ works just fine thank you

Would happily recommend using BBQ outlet for online ordering. Communication was very good during the week, and despite using a third party palate delivery company who are tricky to contact for time of delivery, the products arrived on the requested day in perfect order

Product delivered on time and as promised.

First off the BBQ itself is a great bit of kit, took me an hour plus to assemble on my own, would’ve been easier with two! Very pleased with it.
The only poor experience I had was it was delivered by a pallet service and had no idea when it was going to arrive, or what notice I’d be given, which reading the small print seemed like a disaster waiting to happen as if I wasn’t in I’d be charged again for delivery which wasn’t cheap.
Strongly worded email to their customer services led to a phone call from them the next morning, I have to say they were great and true to their word, received confirmation of delivery dates and a call from the driver when en route.

Very prompt delivery of our new bbq. Also ordered a cover which did not arrive with the bbq.
This was quickly rectified once I contacted the company and the new cover was delivered a couple of days later.

Ordering online was easy, the price was competitive, we were kept updated about delivery dates and times and the delivery was on time.
Very pleased with the whole experience
