I bought the new Ranger Outback from…
I bought the new Ranger Outback from BBQOutlet and it came on a pallet just as they said and on time .
This is a upgrade from my worn out Outback Hunter which gave me years of outdoor cooking the Ranger looks the business as it’s ready to go and should do the same.

Poor Experience
Poor experience, eventually rectified but only because they inadvertently sent me details of 11 other customers and knew I had them by the balls. Issues were due to poor comms about delivery scheduling, which I see is a theme. Check your orders carefully and look out for extortionate hidden missed delivery or return charges.

Website misleading about stock levels and dispatch schedule
Website implied item (Outback Jupiter 4 BBQ) was in stock and could be dispatched immediately. This was not the case. When I queried delivery schedule (they had failed to provide any useful information with my order confirmation), I was told they needed to get the item from Outback and that it would be about 3-4 days before I would receive it. I was given the option to cancel the order, no apology was given for misleading information.

Order cancelled, item not in stock despite saying it is on website.
I ordered a Meater thermometer on Saturday. The website said: Availabilty-immediate dispatch. Today, Monday I received an e Mail to say the item is out of stock and there is no information about when it will be available. Just looked in their website and it still says: Immediate dispatch. Very angry, feel I’ve been completely misled. Order cancelled, and reordered from a reputable honest supplier.

Due to keen pricing we went oversold. Our system appears to have sent emails to our customers prematurely with blank 'expected by' dates. The stock is due back in 10/10/22.
A simple error which has caused a huge amount of inconvenience to our customers, for this we apologise and hope that we have an opportunity in the future to make it up to you.

Excellent service!! since i placed my pre order i was kept up to date with all stages of delivery (despite Suez Canal delay) up to the day it arrived on my doorstep... Great service.
