Made every effort to get us a new boiler two days before Christmas. Engineer & apprentice were on time, tidy, polite and respected out property. Great job done and the system is working like a dream.

Beatrix home is a small caring company with all the staff friendly and helpful.Staff turn up within alloted time all very presentable and know what they are talking about,you know you will get a good job done would only ever use this company you can guarantee they do not employ cowboys give them a try next time you will not be disappointed.

Jack was excellent, as always. He is a pleasure to have around, works efficiently and tidily and always keeps me updated with what’s happening. Highly recommend.

I have used Beatrix Home three times in the last year or so including installing a new boiler and dealing with a leak. The latest was replacing a rusting radiator. Luke was organised and efficient, completing the job without disruption or fuss. We have been well pleased with the service

Came next day, and sorted problem with hot water system in a few hours, I've used Beatrix for gas boiler servicing and repairs for several years now - always found them to be efficient and responsive.

Return customer. Tom and the team at Beatrix Home have been our go to plumbers for a number of years. Always reliable, honest and willing to help on big and small jobs, from new bathrooms to all things heating and boiler related. The most recent job involved a fix to an expansion vessel dicovered on an annual boiler service. Special thanks to Jack for spotting the issue and carrying out the fix with the least amount of distrubance. Tom, Jack and Matt are the main members of the team we've worked with and all of them are always respectful of our home, carry out first-class work, and always find innovative solutions to problems, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Beatrix Home, they are the first and only people we call for plumbing needs or advice.

My rather elderly toilet was becoming rather temperamental. George arrived punctually, and when our original thought of replacing the entire custern provend impractical, he took some trouble to diagnose the exact problem. He found another approach which was easier and quicker to fix, and less expensive as well, and removed the debris. The toilet is now a pleasure to flush !

Beatrix has been looking after my house and my rental properties for 5 years or so. And over the time, understandably I have done MANY MANY jobs with them. Some big some small. They are probably not the “cheapest” but 100% the best in business… most importantly they are trustworthy local tradesman, which is Extremely rare nowadays. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service! Had an installation issue with my washing machine ordered from AO who could not install for me and was stuck with two washing machines in my kitchen. Was able to get a next day service slot and Jack took care of the issue promptly and efficiently! Highly recommended

Had a small job, sorting out our shower that was not working. Nothing a problem all sorted by Tom on the phone and on site by Jack and apprentice Maddie. Good and polite service, would highly recommend.
