The product seemed good with regards to performance. There were some minor scratches on the sides but not much of an issue. A phone cover will conceal the scratches and a screen protector will protect from further damages.

I'm really impressed with BecexTech. They have some fantastic deals, but what really blew me away was that they had a phone model available before it was even officially launched. Being able to order it ahead of the official release was a huge plus for me.

Now, I will say the image for the phone I bought was a bit outdated—it showed one of the ""predicted"" designs. But honestly, that was totally understandable given the timing, as the actual look had just been revealed. I even noticed they had already updated the images for the other colors, so they were clearly in the middle of making the changes. It was just a minor hiccup, and the rest of the experience was perfectly smooth. I really appreciate them staying ahead of the curve like that.

I ordered a phone from these guys a week later they tell me the colour I ordered is not in stock and tried saying if I pay an extra $55 dollars I can choose another colour's that's in stock. The original colour's still shows in stock. They should be honoring the price I paid on the day I ordered not making me pay extra cause their stock count is out. UPDATE: Ryan said they would send out a different colour at the same price (it may not be in stock though!)and add "express delivery" free of charge and would i consider changing my review. I said i would when it arrived. After days of back ànd forward I could tell this Express delivery wasnt getting sent and felt blackmailed cause of my review. I requested a refund and i actually got it. Do not recommend this company, you are just a number and they don't have the stock on their website. Update: Full refund received and updating review as per Ryan's request. Still use them at your own risk. Sorry Ryan from Becextech - review is true to what happened and is reflecting my experience. You can keep emailing me but I won't be deleting it.

I purchased this iPhone as a Year 6 graduation present for my daughter. It hasn’t been used yet. The screen and body of the phone are in excellent condition. The only minor issue is some colour discolouration on the silver rim around the camera lens. I briefly set up the phone to check the touchscreen and camera, and after confirming they worked well, I reset it so I could gift it to my daughter.
The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I didn’t receive an email notification for my order after completing the transaction. I also had to request an invoice and was advised to wait until the item arrived. Once I received the phone and requested the invoice again, it was sent to me very promptly. Despite this, the overall communication was efficient and easy.

I ordered a mobile phone in 'Excellent' Condition for my daughter for her Christmas present. I expected it to be clean!!! There's all gunk around the camera lenses, so disgusting can't give that as a gift very disappointed

Cons would be. There wasn’t enough information about delivery times on the website and that the phone wasn’t in Australia, I’m still a little unsure of when my product exactly coming even though I paid for express shipping doesn’t seem to be any quicker

Poor communication after order. Had to email to get tracking. Wrong product delivered.

Ordered the first time round and it was available on their website, then didn't even contact me to let me know that it wasn't in stock. Then I've ordered a second time round with express post again and have only been notified after 5 days that my parcel has been shipped. This is unacceptable and this whole experience has been a complete let down. Don't think i will order from this company again.

WARNING - Do NOT trust Becextech a subsidiary of or linked to Eclipse BT Technology & / or BXT International (a conveniently Hong Kong China based company).

This group of entities mascaraed as sub-sellers, third-party, market-place vendors on Kogan & Diik Smith. Their net of difficult & questionable business practices spreads far & wide to reel in unsuspecting shoppers.

The entities are a rather abject set of online sales platforms who mislead, miss-sell, fail to deliver on pledged advertised items & then refuse to accept fault or responsibility for their numerous mistakes.

Becextech have horrendous customer service & zero customer care. Awful to deal with, slow, arrogant & disingenuous, not to mention disinterested.

Their "so called customer support team" are an online message only service who conveniently hide behind anonymous, faceless computer screens ignoring all integral aspects of any complaints, queries & issues.

The main focus of this Becextech rogue department appears to be to avoid any reasonable outcomes.

Becextech squirm like the proverbial worm on a hook to avoid finding a fair & equitable solution. The group of companies seek punitive ways to charge & penalise innocent customers for returning incorrectly sent orders or substandard or different condition orders to those advertised & they endeavour not to reimburse legitimate return postage costs.

Examples of fake conveniently contrived punitive charges on their own return data sheets: "...there will be additional AU$25 admin fees on top of this. The warranty may also be rejected and returned. An AU$55 admin fee will be charged if the item is not in reasonable condition. This fee covers postage and inspection costs by the third-party workshop."

Just a money grabbing feckless sales platform who fail to deliver the sold items in the correct advertised condition colour & complete working order.

Failed to reimburse Australia Parcel Postage & customer has to pay out pro-forma for the pleasure of returning the incorrectly sent, sub-standard, wrong colour mobile phone & then hope Becextech & partners do the right thing.

Avoid Becextech like the plague.
