Beckys dresses 

Placed an order for holiday and full amount taken and 2 items missing..I was not made aware of this upon ordering and had to send emails and text and social media messages to find out that these items was out of stock!! 1 was to follow in a week and the other I was told wasnt in stock at all and i can choose another colour! Still waiting 3 weeks later I decided to return the whole order as missing items and wasnt the best sizes, plus it was too late as my holiday has been and gone. I paid for the delivery back with a request for a refund due to incomplete order and I have been waiting on the outfits for too long...now I'm being told as its longer than 14 days I am not entitled to a refund only a credit note how is this fair when the order was incomplete in the 1st place! The only reason I waiting to return is so that I didnt have to fund postage twice but still weeks later I gave up and sent back without the other item that didnt arrive! Still no credit note either! I dont like to complain but l think this is unfair to take peoples money and not send what we pay for!!

I recently made a purchase from Beckys Boutique, I had contact with Ella who was lovely in helping me purchase my item. The delivery was super speedy and arrived the next day. The item was gorgeous and good quality clothing.. I would definitely recommend beckys boutique :)

Extremely bad!!! I ordered a jumpsuit for £45 standard delivery. It took 3 weeks to arrive. I was messaging them on Facebook during this time and all I got was “it will be with you shortly”

The dress arrived and SHOCK a size 12 was more like a size 6!

Sent the dress back recorded delivery by Royal Mail the following day.

Two weeks later I receive an email saying the jumpsuit is not in a resealable condition therefore a refund is not going to be provided. I tried this dress on straight after work after a 06:45 am start there is no way I would of been wearing makeup this day because of such an early start! Also I couldn’t even get the jumpsuit on so how can makeup be on it LOL

I asked for proof of this “makeup” via a picture and date and time and did not hear anything back.

I have not received a refund.

I went to go onto my account to see if this “credit note” was added and SHOCK it says my account doesn’t exist.

Absolutely horrendous the emotional distress from having the get another outfit and the fact I have no ultimatey lost £80.00 + £3 returns as it is not free.

This will be sentenced to trading standards and an ombudsman as I can see slot of reviews similar to mine this place needs shutting down.

They take your money out of your account straight away then tell you your dress is out of stock! When you ask for a refund they don’t get back to you and ignore all your messages and emails! Fraud!!!! DO NOT USE!! Still waiting about months

Absolutely incredd!! Girls were so helpful in helping me pick my item then everything arrived next day on standard delivery!! So helpful can’t recommend enough

Do not even entertain buying from this website.
They lie on the whereabouts of your order, the customer service is appalling.
I would not buy off this website ever ever again
and I would highly recommend you don’t do the same either.

Believe me the trust pilot ratings are to be believed.

Amazing girls great customer service I bought wrong size in my jump suit for my daughter's christening an they made sure they got me another one shipped over on time my mam got clothes an arrived next day an iv just bought another jump suit of them for my son's confirmation an came 2 days later perfect fit an quality is fab can't recommend enough 😍😍😍

I ordered a dress and paid premium postage for delivery next day. The dress didnt arrive for almost two weeks and I was told I would receive a refund for the postage.
I returned the dress after 3 days of receiving it and I was initially asked "did you send it recorded delivery". There was no mention of receiving or not receiving the dress. So I continued to pursue and they started they would process my refund.
Over 8 weeks on and I have still not recieved either refund promised.
Will not order again from this company.
Worst experience I've had with any online company.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought two dresses, paid for 'express delivery' before Xmas. One dress turned up and the other didn't arrive until MARCH. I kept getting fobbed off via customer service through messenger and email before finally getting a refund in May!
Do not touch this company- they have no proper customer processes in place.

Ordered a full length gown for a wedding
Arrived quickly, fit perfectly and looked much more expensive than what it cost!

Ordered two dresses on 1st March. Was told they would be with me in 2 - 7 working days. Order received 26th March. Absolute joke. Given the cheap quality of the dresses I suspect they were waiting for them to arrive from China!!! One was nothing like the colour on the picture!!!
Am sending back for refund. Although I'll not hold my breath given what I have already read on here about their dire customer service!!! Avoid!

Awful customer service, ordered next day delivery and never turned up even though I received an email confirming despatch. Then I called and they said they will send it out, never received it so cancelled order and asked for refund. Took 5 weeks to get my money back after messaging on Facebook, Instagram, emailing and calling!! Never received the postage back that I paid either but couldn’t be bothered to stress anymore over it!

Not even worth one star. Absolute joke of a company ordered a dress and paid for next day delivery over a month later and the dress and money is nowhere to be seen. Had done my research by asking a few people who said the delivery takes a bit longer than advertised but they dresses are exactly as advertised and unfortunately decided to buy. Please save your money and time the customer service is terrible trying to contact the team was impossible countless phone calls, emails and Facebook messages that were never responded to.

Scammers take your money items never delivered

They ignore emails, and i waited just under 2 weeks for a dress that was bought uk standard delivery, and it turns out the dress wasn’t even in stock, but this was not stated on their website! So when I emailed to cancel my order (this is what they said to do when I messaged them on Instagram), they didn’t respond and still sent the dress anyway!

poor service slow delivery poor quality ordered a fur coat off them took an age for it to arrive on arrival its clearly a cheap Chinese when you call to complain they tell you that it is the same coat as in the picture clearly not the girl i spoke to said she owned the same coat so i asked if i could order the same one that she has that is the same as the picture they cant tell you anything else do not use these people unless you are willing to pay for cheap overpriced tat you cant review on there site there email addresses don,t work the only line that answers promptly is there order line

Terrible customer service, after trying to get in contact by several means still no closer to finding out what is happening with my order. If this isn’t solved, I will be taking this to trading standards as they were quick enough to take the money even tho the dress wasn’t in stock!
