I would have given Zero rating only there is no option to do this - i returned a dress £80 , i have verification and proi6f of return _ they will not and have not refunded my money ,_ they actually have blocked my email address, I am unable to get any communication with them , they owe me £80 , this is fraud & theft ,, Do not purchase from this company,, they take your money for a purchase but will not give you your money back for your return ,, all relevant authorities will be continued to be contacted until this is resolved , such as the FCA ,,

Very happy with my purchases, quality is amazing!! Contact with them with any queries have always been quick on response. Will defo be buying again from the company.

Continuously so content with the administration I get from BB ! I've been obtaining from them for around 5 years, and I can't grumble. The garments are wonderful and come so rapidly and the client support is premium and genuinely sticks out!

I have been a customary client here and omg their client support is remarkable. answer to your messages straight away and never leave you baffled, I requested my dress a minute ago and it showed up one day before the gathering which I was so upbeat! much obliged to you for another extraordinary buy!

I've been buying from Becky's boutique for years and I've never had a problem. Until recently I've bought a dress online and I was told it would arrive within 7 days. After 2 weeks went by, I tried to contact the company there was no contact number to speak to someone on the phone but they use to be.The only option to speak to them was through text and email. Each time i was given excuses. 3 weeks went by I still never recieved anything. Had to get a refund from my bank. Don't use this company the good reviews are probably fake.

Don’t order from this website!!! I ordered a dress to unpack it and it was not the dress I ordered. I paid to send the dress back so lost out on two delivery payments as it was a mistake on their behalf they just ignore any form of contact very shocking customer service! Will not be using again!

Very professional company. They were always very helpful and very friendly when I asked a question. My order took longer to be delivered by my fault when I contact them, they right away came with answer and solution.

I have ordered from Becky’s Boutique in the past (once) and at that time, I did not have a problem (this was a few years ago). In July this year, I ordered again from them. Sadly to experience a company who no longer wish to refund you. All the bad reviews here - please read them and please believe them.
In July, I placed an order over £450 - I was going to Vegas in August and didn’t have the time to go shopping due to work commitments. Firstly, only part of my order arrived (3 weeks later) and I never received the second part to my order as it didn’t arrive on time (over a month after placing the order).

I returned the items I received as they did not suit/fit well. I requested a full refund and to this day, I am still waiting for my refund! Albeit numerous attempts to get in touch with them. They keep replying to my email (as this is the only way you can contact them) stating it takes up to 28 business days to receive a full refund. It has taken over 60 days so far and still counting. They have also stopped replying to my emails when asking where my refund is. Now in the process of taking legal action against them.

Please read all the reviews in relation to this store prior to making a purchase. I have never had such a negative experience when purchasing clothes online.

I ‘bought’ an item from their site on the 12th September 2019. I have never received the item nor have I been given any explanation as to why. On several occasions I have been advised that the product is on its way - four weeks from purchase. I have asked for a full refund as I do not believe the product has even been dispatched. I have not been advised a date of dispatch nor have I been given a tracking number. I have still not received a refund and I suspect I never will. The only communication is via a text number which is unhelpful, an instagram and Facebook profile which again is unhelpful and no answers are being provided. Each outlet to communicate sign posts to another and so on, which in turn is never providing with me with any sort of support to obtain a refund. The email service does not respond but will send a template email as a response asking to reply to that email. This response is repetitive.

I urge no one to buy from this store. The service I have received is utter disgrace. Further action is being taken to try and obtain my money back.

Wouldn't even give it 1 start tbh absolutely shocking customer service! Paid for 1-2 day delivery to later receive a message that it will take up to 7 days delay. After receiving the email I cancelled my order right away and asked for a refund as the dress wouldn't arrive in time. After constantly trying to get in contact with them to make sure its cancelled I recieved my dress after 13 days later. Opened it up to find some cheap and nasty material nothing like what I ordered. Sending it right back to them first classes and signed for. I have proof they received my dress. A month later still haven't received my refund and getting totally ignored about it. The company is a joke!

Very quick service! And really keep you updated on your items! I really Loved the fact how you can literally send a text messages for updates on your items and you get reply’s so fast! That’s one thing that really stands out to me is how unlike most other company’s who don’t reply to you fast enough or ignore emails this company is really on top of there game to make sure there customer service is on top form!! It really makes me feel reassured when ordering!!! My dress was amazing and quality was amazing! Currently looking through all your other amazing dresses to order again! Thank you!!

Absolutely disgusting service , waited over 2 weeks for my item to arrive , the number online doesn’t work and took a week to reply via email . Outfit arrived it was just cheap and nasty , so returned it! Waited 2 weeks for refund still hadn’t got it Di sent screen shot of proof of signature still nearly a month later no refund!! Avoid at all costs ...

Only giving one star because I can’t give zero! Appalling customer service, have continued relentlessly to get refund to no avail. Quality of the clothing was poor also. Totally avoid this site if you can

This is probably one of my favorite online stores to shop from ! I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered , well priced and excellent quality! Their service team are extremely helpful when it comes to exchanges etc ! I would definitely recommend
