Beckys dresses 

AWFUL!!! i have been waiting for a fair few weeks now for a dress i orderd, only to have no answer. not only this, but the website says it has been deactivated and tells me to contact support. how am i meant to know when my dress is coming if you wont tell me?? the only way you can contact them is via facebook an if you do, you immediately get blocked!! vile treatment to a customer. if i could give 0 stars i honestly would. i wont be recommending this website to anyone any time soon!!!

This company has a website and a Facebook page . They sell women’s clothes etc and take payment from you , PayPal is not an option . You pay for your chosen items and weeks pass and no item received . There is no way to contact this company apart from Facebook messenger . However , when you contact them to ask where your item is they block you with immediate effect . You still have access to the page at this point even though you’ve been blocked on messenger . My own personal experience then consisted of me commenting on a photograph of items they were claiming to sell . I was immediately blocked from the page . The company if you can even call the people behind this owners of a company , are advertising items they are not selling ; their agenda is to steal money from people and then block them . My advice is to go to your bank to report your purchase as fraudulent and receive a refund. Then complete an online form via citizens advice to report them to trading standards providing details of your full honest and horrific experience .

Ladies be warned do not order from this company. They have changed their name from Beckys Boutique to Beckys dresses. They used to be really good now you order it takes weeks for them to acknowledge you and actually send your order!!! when they send your order it is nothing like the picture they have posted and he’s actually from a website called wish which is in China. Your item arrives and there’s absolutely horrendous, unfit for purpose. They then refused to give you any refund and ignore your messages. You comment on Facebook posts and they delete your comment!! absolutely awful!! scamming people in 2023. I have called the police this is now a criminal investigation avoid avoid avoid!! I would like to give zero stars, but you have to give one star to enable you to write a review they don’t even deserve that one star!! Save your money, girls and shop from a reputable company not this small boutique in Bristol who rip people off!!!

Ordered 2 coats on the 20th Jan still not received anything. Sent several messages and they never respond.
Mobile number in site is never switched on.
Absolutely shocking customer service.

I placed an order on the 12.12.22 and I am still waiting for it on 08.01.23 even though I have paid for it. I have tried to contact them several times and am being ignored. I’ve sent emails and chat on fb and still no response. Not good enough…

Paid for a coat, money taken out of my account. No coat delivered and Becky’s dresses won’t reply to my messages. Scam scam scam

Absolute shambles of a company! Ordered a dress from these it took three weeks to come. When the dress come it was more like a blouse on me sent back weeks ago and been asking for a refund to keep getting ignored or when they do reply I get no where with them!! Customer service is horrendous iv. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I used to order from this company all the time back in 2016/2017. I ordered their bandage dresses all different colours. They were gorgeous and I love them. But since then somethings gone so wrong. You order but the items are terrible quality and nothing like the images. The worst part is when you return items, you never get a refund. So basically they have the goods back and also your money. There's no way to communicate with them. This company seems to be running a scam now and have reported them.

Scam company! They take your money, then block you on messenger when u ask for a refund for shoddy items.
Be warned - you do not receive anything that resembles picture! They are making a lot of money taking everyone’s cash! Needs to be shut down!!!

AVOID at all costs!!! I ordered multiple dresses and when arrived - some items were missing, others the wrong sizes and even wrong colours. I requested a refund and sent all items back. Never received my refund and continues to ignore all emails & messages. Horrendous customer service and is a SCAM!!! You should be ashamed of yourself and business should be shut down. You have been reported!!

Not a review but just wondering has anyone ordered recently I have ordered a few time and always received within 2 days this time around I am waiting 2 weeks still no sign, not getting any reply to emails can’t find there Facebook or Instagram page I’m getting worried now I have a wedding next week

ordered a dress for a wedding well over a week ago still not here even tho it’s started 2-7 days also received no confirmation email,ive emailed the company serval times still no reply tried ringing the number it beeps once and cuts off the company is a joke!

It’s a dodgy website!! Spelling mistakes, a fake telephone number? No customer service etc,
I ordered an item which should of arrived after a few days, It took 4 weeks, and when it did arrive the quality was terrible.
It was sent back to there return address,
which if I am honest doesn’t even look like a proper address? It had no post code for a start??
it’s now been 7 weeks and still no refund,
I have sent so many emails, but every one has been ignored. Disgusting Company,

I sent a order back in march and still have not received my money and when I have emailed them I have had no response ever time this is shocking customer service.

I ordered three items over two months ago I only received two the jumpsuit never came that I paid for..I emailed them got no reply..I went on there Facebook page and messaged them got told it was on the way..then nothing disgusting customer service they actually blocked me on messenger so they don’t have to refund people..I’ve never dealt with a clothing company like it..it should be shut down there scamming customers of there money..it was my first time buying off them never again just a warning do not buy anything off them..if they came back and acknowledged what had happened and offered a refund or something then you would know they were legitimate..how they can get away with this defrauding people just horrible company..
